Should you decide to use this company you need to supervise the work being done, they came out to my home in 2020 to replace the roof and decking. They billed my insurance company for decking that they did not replace. When they completed their job, I had three rooms with water coming through the ceiling. My insurance company advised me that they needed to come out, tear the roofing back off and put the new decking down that was paid for, they never made it right then they turn around and file a mechanics lien on my property, there is decking left over in my driveway they tried to clean that was decking. They did not need the truth be known they did not replace all the bad decking, but yet they wanted paid. I told them you complete the job as promised, and I have no leaks. I have no problem paying them. I submitted the pictures to my insurance company to prove that I still had water coming in the ceiling of three rooms.
The flashing on the front part of the house has pulled away, and the nails are coming out. Water has gotten up in there and once again leaked into the house, and all three ceilings needed to be redone and new drywall put up, which was in excess of the amount they claim I owe. Word to the wise they seem friendly and helpful. Just don't turn your back.

They will do a bait and switch. They did replace a couple of sheets of decking, but they did not replace all the decking that was bad and claim they did. They were also supposed to repair the ceilings according to my insurance company the liability fell up on them. once again, they refused.

He even consulted/coordinated roof vent install with Joe who is also extremely professional!! We are extremely satisfied and grateful for our new fancy roof and vent!! This company will save you time and money on a quality new roof. The company helped me through the process of filing an insurance claim. A representative from Highmark Renovations was present when the insurance claims adjuster came to inspect my roof. It was nice having a representative there to answer questions the claims adjuster asked.
The crew showed up early and hustled to complete the job in a timely manner. The crew did an impressive job. As a dog owner, I was worried how the crew would act when my dog would constantly bark at them. They treated my dog with kindness. After the work was done, the crew did an excellent job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Highmark Renovations.

Despite the challenges with my home insurance, the roofing company went above and beyond in repairing my roof after the wind storm. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in the final result, which left me extremely satisfied with their work. However, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of disappointment when they declined my request to display their sign in my yard.

As I pondered over the reason behind their refusal, I couldn't help but wonder if the owner, who I believe is a Christian, may have been offended by my decision to not let him inside my house. The previous renters had left the place in a deplorable condition, and I simply didn't want to subject anyone to that mess. However, I never anticipated that my decision could have potentially caused offense or affected their willingness to allow their sign in my yard.

In an effort to rectify the situation, I decided to hire Molly Maid Service to thoroughly clean the house. Their professional team worked tirelessly to restore the cleanliness and orderliness of the property, leaving no corner untouched. Despite this, I still find myself puzzled as to why the roofing company denied me the opportunity to proudly display their sign in my yard.

In my opinion, it is a common and commendable practice for companies to leave their signs in customers' yards as a testament to their good work. It not only serves as a form of advertisement for the company but also instills a sense of pride and satisfaction in the customer. I sincerely hope that the roofing company will reconsider their decision in the future and allow their sign to grace my yard, as it would be a visible symbol of the excellent job they did in repairing my roof.

We have been very pleased with the service from Highmark. Our roof needed replacement and they answered my excessive questions and communicated well from first contact through completion of the work. Our roof required a full tear-off before installing the new materials. There was a little damage to the vinyl siding when removing the old roof and they openly and promptly took care of that. The installation crew worked very hard and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I have witnessed far worse. Their attitude through a long day and a half was always good and they worked with each other without arguing (another thing I have witnessed). Again, we really appreciated the communication and can honestly recommend giving this company an opportunity.

I am so pleased with all the roofing they’ve done. Even put new wood replacements then shingles. Even painted chimney.

I would like to thank Gary Braden for his amazing job his team did with our home project. Gary and Dan worked with our insurance company to fix our damaged sofit. Gary gave us a very good price on our siding and gutters as well. Gary was by our side from start to finish and completed our project in record time. I wished we would have used them on our roofing as well. We had some high wind that blew off a strip. I text Gary with a picture and they had someone come out and fix it the same day, on a Sunday. Gary and his son Adam stopped by and power washed the parts that were not replaced free of charge. Thanks Gary for being such a wonderful person to work with and we will have them work on our next project.

The owner Dan is very nice and came onsite while the roof was being replaced, he also checked back after it was done to see if I was satisfied, I love good customer service.

Got a new roof from Highmark due to hail damage from a bad storm. Gary (who is a licensed insurance agent I might add) helped us through the whole process from start to finish, and got my wife and I a new beautiful roof.

Highmark worked with my insurance company to get a new roof put on in record time. They were very responsive, punctual, and efficient. In three weeks, from time of inspection to installation, I had a new quality roof! Very pleased and happy to recommend them.

Harassing door-to-door sale tactics.

Two men in t-shirts with no name tags or clear representation of who they are have approached my home on two separate occasions.

The first occasion I clearly told the man we were not interested, yet he continued to approach my door. I then stated again that we were not interested.

We then bought a “no soliciting” sign as we have been dealing with other solicitors as well. The sign is clearly displayed in our yard. The same man, a “G. Braden” according to the flyer, approached our home on a separate day, this time with a new assistant. They walked through our grass, ignored our sign, rang our door bell and left a flyer. I few minutes later I went to our car. They turned around from the end of the block and began to approach. I stated I was again not interested. G. Braden continued and said it was “Good to see me again.” I again firmly stated I was not interested. After I left our home, the men stepped on our property AGAIN and left a second flyer.

All this is recorded on our camera system and I will be calling the police if I am approached again. I have no interest in working with a company that can not be respectful of boundaries.

It seems if your insurance company won’t cover your repair you aren’t important enough to continue communicating with because it has now happened twice with this company!

About a year and a half ago we had Joe come out, he came back with an adjuster for our roof and after our insurance company denied our claim he said he text and said he would try again.That was the last text we received. No follow up. Fast forward to July of this year and we had Gary come out, he gave us a wonderful presentation and talked about the other work we could do through them also. He left stating he would copy me in all emails to our insurance company. I NEVER got emails and then after 3 emails and 3 texts he called and said it might take awhile because of hurricanes and other natural disasters if we have a big insurance company (we don’t). He again promised to copy me in all emails. Well, it’s now October and still nothing.

Highmark Renovation did a professional job on my home, 2.5 car detached garage, and shed, as well as a complimentary well covering box roofing. Thanks Dan and team. Good folks. They went beyond satisfaction!

Highmark help me with my insurance.To get my roof and garage roof done. They came out and got everything done in one day.They clean up everything. The guys even when back and look to make sure they got everythingi before

I was a bit cautious when Gary first came by to ask about my roof and siding when he noticed the few tiles that were affected by the storm damage. However, after hearing him out I couldn't help but be impressed by his presentation that may seem older fashion to some. By old fashion, I mean presenting previous jobs he has completed on other homes and all the various certificates that he has obtained in his fancy leather binder. The best part about Gary is his previous work experience as an insurance adjuster along with the licenses to go with it. So with that in mind, this guy will go the mile to help walk you through the process (even battle) of making the claim with your home insurance and assist in each step if need be. While he did provide a wide range of options, he was not overbearing in getting most expensive options, only what each option provides in terms of their pros and cons.

As for the install itself, it couldn't have gone any smoother than it did. They are also very accommodating for particular preexisting setups. In my case I had a Ethernet line running from one side of my house to the back that runs to the basement. When they replaced the siding the installers went ahead and tucked the Ethernet line under the new siding to help cover it.

Fast forward to now, with my home insurance fumbling a bit to update the age of my roof and siding. Gary once again coming in with the clutch to help me over the phone to eventually get to an insurance rep we can actually make progress with in my policy update.

I will say though that Gary can be quite a talker once he gets going, but it is nice to see that he is passionate about the work he does for homes.
