Jake is knowledgeable, he helped us clearing the bird debris out of the vents and also suggested a couple of improvements outside.

This gentleman was polite, fast, and thorough. He gave us a little history about our wood fire stove after he cleaned it and what improvements we could make in the future without a pushy salesman pitch. I'd highly recommend this company.

They arrived on time. The technician was polite and answered the questions I asked. He cleaned my chimney and wood stove thoroughly and left no mess. The cost for the job was extremely reasonable and I plan on using Pro Sweep for my needs in the future.

Just want to shout out kudos to Pro Sweep Chimney Service out of Commercial Point, Ohio. I needed four caps placed on my chimneys but one had a nest with eggs. They did the three they could and without a reminder from me came back after a decent amount of time for the little birdies hatch and fly away to do the last one (which was paid for already). Great attention to detail Pro Sweep Team!

After calling several companies, Pro Sweep Chimney Service was one of the few to call me back (and quickly). She listened to my issue (potentially blocked flue) and concern because in addition to the possible blockage I had to have the gas lines shut off to the furnace and water heater so I was relieved to hear how quickly a tech could come out and investigate.

She clearly explained the process and pricing and was able to have a technician come out to my home quickly! In the midst of a very busy time of year for chimney cleaning and repair companies I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and thoroughness of the job done by Pro Sweep Chimney Service.

We have used Dennis at Pro Chimney at our rental property in south Columbus for a liner insert in he past that is great shape. Dennis recent helped us at a friends house with a Pellet burner install. It went great and Dennis has been available to answer all of our questions. All of the staff have been great to work with!

The previous owner of our home had a contractor start putting in a gas fireplace & never finished the job. Dennis was willing to come out & see if it was something he could do & lo and behold he finished putting it together in 35-40 mins! Now we have a fully functional gas fireplace. This was the second company contacted to fix a leaking chimney.
I was originally quoted to replace the pan, which is what I thought was the problem. They came out the day there was supposed be a tornado/large storm, I thought for sure they would have cancelled. Due to weather it was not able to be fixed but they attempted to use a sealer to at least try to help it, considering the imminent storm.
It did not fix it, I called, and I think they came out the next day or two days later to reevaluate on a clear day. I was told nothing needed replaced. Another sealant was applied (correctly with ample dry time) and the collar was adjusted.
No more leaks. I am pleased and I will call them again if I ever need anything else.

Great communication, fast service, professional and very nice team came to our house and took care of our two wood burning stoves. Did routine cleaning and also made some recommendations for future services. Cleaned up everything, arrived on time, called in advance. Highly recommend!

We purchased or house 7 years ago and the old owners said that they never used the fire place, so we called Pro Sweep to have them inspect it. The structure was good, but it needed a new lining and they did a great job replacing it. Skip to earlier this month, there was smoke entering the house the last couple of times we had a fire. So I called Pro Sweep again to come and check it out. Dennis looked at everything and all it was is the flue was not open all the way. Very embarrassing, but he didn't charge me anything. It was very nice for him to do that. It's just another reason why we will always use and recommend Pro Sweep. Thanks again Dennis!

They uncovered a dangerous situation with our chimney and worked with us to resolve the issue. We also had them install a new wood stove. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job. They listen to any concerns we have and offer expert advice. They also show up on time, are polite, kind and easy to have in our home. We are always confident that our wood stove and chimney are safe to use each season after ProSweep cleans and inspects.
