I had difficulty hooking up my dryer vent hose to the vent duct. Jacob I think was his name, came and did a great job and did it less than 15 mins. I would recommend this company to anyone out there. You guys rock!

We have had Pro Sweep clean our chimney the past two seasons. They are the most professional and thorough company we have used after years of bad experiences with several of the larger chimney companies in town. Highly recommend.

Jake and Cody were absolutely terrific! They cleaned my dryer vent, fixed the connection to the back of the dryer, and added a bird guard over the outside vent. I already had a weather guard over the vent, which I wanted to keep. They took the time to cut and fit the existing weather guard into the bird guard so I could have both. Outstanding customer service!

Pro Sweep Chimney Service are professional, timely and I would recommend them to anyone needing their service. They made sure everything was working properly in my gas fireplace, cleaned the entire area and secured a metal piece that was missing. Thank you so much!

Pro Sweep initially came out for a routine cleaning. They were thorough and ran a camera up to double check for any issues. We’re thankful that they did since there was a lot of residue build up and eventually found that the chimney needed to be re-lined. Jake was super friendly, attentive, and explained everything that they did. They completed some additional repairs for free as well since we engaged them for such a big job. Thank you for all the good work!

Have used Pro Sweep for the past couple years to clean 2 fireplaces & a woodstove. This year we had Jake. Very friendly guy, who explained in detail some issues we were having, took pics of inside of stove. He came back with Cody to repair. Appreciate the great customer service, quick call backs, the calls when they were on way, & keeping us informed of everything going on & what they were doing. Have recommended them to several people & will continue to use them.

10/10 would recommend to anyone. Jake did a fantastic job installing a new roof vent, flex hose, etc for my bathroom fan. He even painted the furnace vent on my roof for me free of charge.

Cory just came out to inspect and clean if needed my dad’s(Charles Frasher)fireplace. Cory called to let us know he would be arriving in about 15 mins. This was very much appreciated. He inspected the fireplace and said everything looked good. Told us it did not need cleaned. So pleased he was honest about not needing cleaned. Cory also cleaned my dad’s dryer vent. Cody and Dennis were very punctual, polite and professional. They diagnosed the problem with my gas fireplace and fixed it for a very reasonable price. They also showed me maintenance and care tips. Highly recommend they were wonderful.

We recently moved and know nothing about our pellet stoves. Long story short our furnace went out yesterday. Dennis and Heather were kind enough to make the last minute trip to help get our stoves running. They are very knowledgeable and able to educate us on proper maintenance for the stoves moving forward!

If you need a dryer cleaning, call a chimney sweeper. Pro Sweep Chimney came out on schedule, did a thorough job cleaning my dryer exhaust. They put everything back in place. We had our fireplace inspected, had our chimney relined, and they helped me pick out our new gas logs (and I love them!), they ordered them and installed them. Jake was an awesome technician. He took great pride in his job and was very thorough making sure everything was in perfect working order before he left. Very much recommend.

Jake from Pro Sweep Chimney Service came to my home to place a mesh screen on an attic vent. While working on this job, he saw that the flashing on the plumbing vent on my roof had dry rot, which would lead to leaks. We coordinated an appointment with the weather and Jake came to my home and applied the new flashing.

Pro Sweep sent me the before and after pictures so I could see the work.

I'm grateful Jake took the initiative to see this problem and alert me. He even took a phone call from me on his day off. Pro Sweep has a conscientious employee.

Also, when I was researching this initial work I needed repaired, Pro Sweep was recommended to me. I followed-up on that and I'm glad I did. I will contact them again should the need arise.

Cody and Jake were very friendly and thoroughly explained what services they would be providing. They did not try to up-sell but gave reasonable recommendations (at reasonable prices) for next steps. We will be using this company when we are ready to replace the cap and have the chimney cleaned in a few months!
