Our chimney cap blew off the house. Called Buckeye masonry, Ted came out to reinstall it back on to the chimney for us. He was very nice, on time. Would not hesitate to call them again.

I called for a chimney inspection and possibly have it cleaned. They were able to get out for the inspection within a few days. The guys were very professional and prompt and let me see what they were seeing during their inspection. They found a couple of broken liner tiles and gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace them. They were able to get back within 10 days to fix the liner and also replace the clean out door at no extra charge. Very happy with the job would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future

I reached out to Buckeye Masonry after being blown off by two other contractors. Ted and Ed came out to give me a quote for a chimney rebuild and a liner installation before having a full roof tear off and replacement done. These guys were punctual, extremely knowledgeable, experienced, respectful of our property, and very flexible with scheduling and completing the work around the roof job.
I can't stress enough how great these guys are. The price for the work performed was very reasonable, and the quality of their work was exceptional. They showed the same concern for my home like they would their own. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to any one seeking quality masonry work.

Quality work done to re-tuckpoint our chimney. Ted was a super nice guy and very respectful to me as a customer. My questions were always answered and I felt kept in the loop for our project and was provided regular updates. Pleased with the way they do business and would recommend them anytime.

Ted Parker at Buckeye Masonry is amazing. We had to have our old wood insert replaced. We ordered a Napoleon gas insert from an online distributor. The product shipped was defective. Ted came back out multiple times and worked diligently with the company and manufacturer to remedy the situation. He could have left us hanging to deal with the company we ordered off of BUT he did not!! We now have a beautiful insert fireplace that works!! Ted and Buckeye Masonry does an amazing job and is a good upstanding business.

Great company to deal with on time and did the work they estimated and there was no additional charges I highly recommend them as a masonry company. Ted had alot of knowledge and I called three other companies that could not fix my water problem.

I hate to be that guy to leave a bad review... I rarely provide reviews as is I called for a quote. They came out, late, but okay, pulling in just after I called to see if they were still coming without an answer. Rushed through without much information provided and almost acted like it was painful to spend 4 minutes running a camera up a fireplace so I would even know if I could use it, paid of course. Never even looked in the damaged chimney that obviously needs a liner.

This was Dec 22nd. Waited a couple weeks for the quote that would come, supposedly the same night. I get that things become busy, especially at Christmas. Called and left a message, on the strangest automated voicemail I have ever heard, and to date, have still not even heard back via phone call, letter, etc.

Being certified as a sweep clearly does not justify that you can competently run a company.

Edit: To follow up on the comment, they did clearly state while onsite that it would be March at the earliest before before they would be willing to make any repairs. This is understandable and quite helpful for budgeting purposes.

Unfortunately, this was not relevant towards the review of a quite poor experience and no further contact from the company, until now. As a veteran myself, I believed I knew who I could count on.

Ted and his Tim were fantastic. They repaired my chimney (which was in worse shape than I thought it was) efficiently and with care. Ted needed a lift for the job and proactively chose one that would keep my costs at a minimum. Ted also tucked pointed the brick steps in the front of our house. Ted was very responsive to my calls providing a great experience. I would highly recommend Buckeye Masonry & Sweeps.

We had our full chimney and chimney stack rebuilt by Ted and his crew. I must say they did a great job and we even added a few smaller projects on and they took care of it all with no problem. They cleaned up all work areas very well. We have been waiting about 7yrs to get the work done and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them and would hire Buckeye Masonry again.

Ted and his team are the most professional contractors we have ever worked with! I cannot speak highly enough about them. They completely rebuild our exterior fireplace chimney from the ground up, rebuild our small HVAC exhaust stack, reset a sunken, stone window sill, tuck pointed and replaced some exterior wall bricks, and reset our front steps. This was an extensive job and all of it was completed in a timely manner and with great coordination, care and detail. They cleaned up the job with meticulous detail and always did well to communicate with us. We will hire them again for any masonry needs. Thank you to Ted and his wonderful team for such an amazing experience!

The Buckeye team was amazing, you seriously cannot ask for a better team to come and take care of you. They are honest, kind, understanding and hardworking. Made an assessment about my repairs and did not jerk me around. They knew what I was needing and wanting and they delivered flawlessly. My scope of work was cleaning, inspecting and masonry repair. All of which were done timely, efficiently and cost effective. It would be very hard to be Ted and the teams work and price, definitely recommend.

Ted and his team we’re very thorough in their approach from start to finish. I had another company come out and provide a quote, and that company was at my house for 5 minutes. Ted made sure to walk me through exactly what he was seeing and provided me various repair options. While onsite, Ted and his crew went above and beyond the standard job and made sure not only the chimney repair was completed, but that the house and surrounding areas were cleaned up. You can briefly see the before and after pictures and how much better our chimney and brickwork look. Would highly recommend Buckeye for their communication, pricing, craftsmanship, and customer service.

Dr charged for cleaning teeth. 275.00 removed baby teeth and pulled tooth needed that was displaced for free. Paid for cleaning only. Pet smart wanted 1200.00 just to pull tooth. I love pet guard!

Waste of my time. I ordered a simple storm door install. After a full week. I called and the so called associate said he will take care of my problem. No follow up phone call no nothing. So I call again to cancel the damn order. That's another joke I won't go into. My advice...go to Lowe's ...Boycott the Cuyahoga Falls Home Depot !!!!!

I bought a new hot water heater at Home Depot and used their services to have it installed. The whole process from beginning to end was easy peasy. They took care of setting everything up, the person who installed was prompt, professional and did an excellent job on the installation. I will use their services in the future on any future purchases that require professional installation.
