Matt was an absolute lifesaver! We had water in a basement and needed a sump pump installed ASAP. Despite the challenging conditions, Matt showed up quickly, assessed the situation, and got right to work—even with standing water still present. His professionalism and calm under pressure were impressive. He installed the new sump pump efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Thanks to him, our basement is no longer flooded with a bunch of water and protected now. I highly recommend Matt for any plumbing needs—especially in emergencies!

Had water leaking from an outside faucet and they were able to send Mike out to help. He did an amazing job replacing what was needed and was friendly as well. Will go with them again for future work as well as recommend to others. Again Mike was awesome and became a new friend.

Tim arrived early to wait for Cuyahoga Falls Water to turn curb shut off. Replaced meter shut off with 3/4 inch ball valve. Done and cleaned up in less than 30 minutes. Tim was courteous, humorous, and a delight to have working in my home. I would suggest you always Go Frecka.
