Apex took over another company that we bought our a/c and furnace from. We had a 10 year warranty that they aren’t honoring. They said it only covered replacements even though they were going to replace a part it wasn’t going to be covered .Also they totally misdiagnosed what was wrong with our A/C. They said our motherboard was bad as well as being almost out of freon. William said he wasn’t accusing anyone of anything but it was very odd that these 2 things would happen at the same time! I did not appreciate this comment! We had another company come out. Turns out it was the motor that was bad and we were not low on freon. You can’t get a good freon reading if the system isn’t working. They should know that. They were going to charge me $2300 and it would not have fixed the problem. I will never use Apex or recommend them to anyone.
