The owner is amazing as well as all of the employees we met! They were able to come out on the weekends and evenings within an hour of me calling them! Extremely helpful and very reasonable in pricing. Gave us tips on how to keep the furnace running when it was breaking so our house didn't get as cold while they waited for parts to come in. Explained everything thoroughly and checked all registers and vents and went through everything with us so we knew what to look for and what to do in summer vs winter. So happy to have our new furnace for the rest of the Winter!

I can't express enough how unbelievably wonderful my Conrad's are ! They go completely out of their way to go the extra 10909900 miles , from your first phone call you reach the sweetest lady you'd ever come in contact with to every honest , real , true blue amazing technicians.

We highly recommend Conrad’s Heating and Cooling(CH&C) because it is a very reliable and professional company offering good products and services. Within a short time of receiving our call about having no heat, CH&C made a service call and provided a proposal having numerous options by the day’s end. The complete installation of a new Trane furnace and air conditioner occurred within a day after proposal acceptance-exceptional responsiveness! The lead technicians (Logan-furnace, Jamie-air conditioner) demonstrated their knowledge and expertise by paying meticulous attention to all details as well as addressing technical and non-technical questions in a friendly, understandable manner. in early afternoon another team (Joe and Shaun) provided additional assistance allowing for total job completion and system function testing by 4pm. Congratulations to all for a job well done!
We have used CH&C for 20+ years and will continue to do so.

Gabriel was my technician and did a great job accessing and addressing the issue. He worked quickly and effectively to fix our outdoor unit. I'll be calling Conrad's again if any problems arise.

Just want to give a shout out to Conrad’s!!! I called them this morning after not having ac since the day before. They got me on the books, had a tech to my house before noon. The tech was was on time, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I will definitely continue my business with them 😁

We called around and I liked the reviews for Conrad’s and I was not disappointed! They came out same day wishing 2 hours of me calling, on a Saturday! The tech was very nice professional and explained everything that was going on! They did not only find the cause of the problem but found out we had a heat pump that was not installed correctly which is why it’s never worked right! We will be having them back out for that and for maintenance for heating and cooling from here on out! Highly recommend!!!

I contacted them about 2 weeks ago and they said they could be out within the next couple hours. Thank I did we had a Carbon monoxide leak which is what made me sick the night before ( we really could have died) They came out fixed the seal and a couple of other things. Furnace was still acting up. We called again they came out and we decided just to buy a new furnace. They came the next day refunded back the money from the first time they came and never charged for the second time. This was all the day before Thanksgiving!!!! They fit us in. We couldn't be happier with the new furnace. Works great!!!!! Best investment by far. Thanks for everything Conrad's.

Conrad's team was fantastic to work with, easy to schedule, on time and efficient. We had the Laundry Pro installed and love it! Clothes come out of the washer clean and without the use of detergent. Great environmentally friendly option and $$ saving! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Called them at 10:30 AM about our furnace not working and someone was out to our house by 11:30 and fixed by 12:15! We were amazed by the honesty and professionalism of the young man who came out. We will definitely be using them for all future services !

The service we received at Conrads Heating & Cooling was great. They answered the phone right away, and quickly had someone out to check out the issue. They kept our furnace running for 2 days, until they could install the new one. They were clean, efficient, and explained the situation from start to finish. We will be using them again in the spring for our A/C. Highly recommended!

Cold on an early Sunday morning. Professional service. Called Conrad's and they had somebody be out in less than an hour who almost immediately realized it wasn't a furnace problem but an electrical problem. He had the issue figured out and resolved in less than an hour. Great people. Amazing service!

The customer service is A1. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes. I definitely will use their service in the future and would highly recommend them. The technician was very efficient and I have no problem giving them a 10. From the office team, technicians to the owner… all were and have always been very professional and courteous. Called for my mother who was recently in a rehab facilty for months and came home to an air conditioner that wasn't working. Called conrads and got very quick movement on a quote and once approved actually called to say they finished up another job quicker than expected and wanted to install the new unit that day. Called Conrad’s late in the day on Monday (12/16/24) and spoke with Chuck about issues with our furnace. Service tech Sean was out at 8am next day and quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. After a run for parts, Sean had our furnace up and running in no time. Would highly recommend Conrad’s Heating and Cooling and their Service Tech Sean.
