I called Conrad yesterday evening (6/20) because my Ac wasn't working I left a message with what was wrong. Mr Conrad called to let me know he would be here today(6/21/24). He came fixed my AC.
I have used Conrad Heating for 10yrs. The staff and of course Chuck Conrad are absolutely great always willing to help no matter the day or time. If you need a heating and ac company I highly recommend you give them a call. You won't be sorry. Thanks Chuck for a Job well done

Conrad's installed a new system which was overdue! They were punctual, clean, friendly, kind enough to explain things, and such a pleasure to have around for a few days! Had a great experience with Conrad’s Heating and Cooling. My air conditioner went down late afternoon at almost 5:00 pm. It was 80 degrees out. They scheduled an appointment for me the next morning where the tech was here at 8 am right when their business stated they were open. Gabriel the tech was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it right away and also checked to see if it was working properly before he left. I felt like it was a fair price for the service and would recommend Conrad’s to anybody having heating and cooling issues. I will definitely use them again when I need them.

Our furnace was making a loud noise and then completely stopped working. They came out on a Saturday morning and the technician knew within second of looking at our furnace what the problem was. They were super helpful and accommodating through the entire process. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I thought everything was reasonably priced as well. Super happy with my experience!

We had our furnace and air conditioning replaced by Conrad's. The installation technicians that were sent out, Shawn, Sean and Joel did a very professional job and throughly answered all my questions about our new HVAC system. I would highly recommend Conrad's.

I have used Conrad’s for almost 23 years. They took care of our A/C in our previous house. That was not an easy task as it was in the upper crawl space because we had a boiler. When we bought the current house, we immediately went to them for our heating and cooling. After my husband had passed I was faced with having to replace the furnace because the old one had cracked. Chuck presented all my options and his recommendations. To this day I would not go to anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.

Are furnace broke this morning we called and Nolan came out with in 2 hours and he was very professional and fix our furnace. Also the price was very reasonable. Thanks Nolan.

Chuck was AMAZING! Came out to help me with our furnace issue. He explained why it wasn't working properly and fixed it as well as helped us open the vents so our house has proper ventilation now. He took the time to explain everything as he went and answer any and all questions I had. Definitely earned a customer for life. If any more issues arise they will be the people that we call to help us out!
