We called around and I liked the reviews for Conrad’s and I was not disappointed! They came out same day wishing 2 hours of me calling, on a Saturday! The tech was very nice professional and explained everything that was going on! They did not only find the cause of the problem but found out we had a heat pump that was not installed correctly which is why it’s never worked right! We will be having them back out for that and for maintenance for heating and cooling from here on out! Highly recommend!!!

I contacted them about 2 weeks ago and they said they could be out within the next couple hours. Thank I did we had a Carbon monoxide leak which is what made me sick the night before ( we really could have died) They came out fixed the seal and a couple of other things. Furnace was still acting up. We called again they came out and we decided just to buy a new furnace. They came the next day refunded back the money from the first time they came and never charged for the second time. This was all the day before Thanksgiving!!!! They fit us in. We couldn't be happier with the new furnace. Works great!!!!! Best investment by far. Thanks for everything Conrad's.

Conrad's team was fantastic to work with, easy to schedule, on time and efficient. We had the Laundry Pro installed and love it! Clothes come out of the washer clean and without the use of detergent. Great environmentally friendly option and $$ saving! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Called them at 10:30 AM about our furnace not working and someone was out to our house by 11:30 and fixed by 12:15! We were amazed by the honesty and professionalism of the young man who came out. We will definitely be using them for all future services !

The service we received at Conrads Heating & Cooling was great. They answered the phone right away, and quickly had someone out to check out the issue. They kept our furnace running for 2 days, until they could install the new one. They were clean, efficient, and explained the situation from start to finish. We will be using them again in the spring for our A/C. Highly recommended!

I have used Conrad's heating and cooling services for over 13 years for my 5 group homes, my personal home and my son's home in Canton. Cold on an early Sunday morning. Professional service. Called Conrad's and they had somebody be out in less than an hour who almost immediately realized it wasn't a furnace problem but an electrical problem. He had the issue figured out and resolved in less than an hour. Great people. Amazing service!

The customer service is A1. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes. I definitely will use their service in the future and would highly recommend them. The technician was very efficient and I have no problem giving them a 10. From the office team, technicians to the owner… all were and have always been very professional and courteous. Called for my mother who was recently in a rehab facilty for months and came home to an air conditioner that wasn't working. Called conrads and got very quick movement on a quote and once approved actually called to say they finished up another job quicker than expected and wanted to install the new unit that day. Called Conrad’s late in the day on Monday (12/16/24) and spoke with Chuck about issues with our furnace. Service tech Sean was out at 8am next day and quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. After a run for parts, Sean had our furnace up and running in no time. Would highly recommend Conrad’s Heating and Cooling and their Service Tech Sean.

I called Conrad yesterday evening (6/20) because my Ac wasn't working I left a message with what was wrong. Mr Conrad called to let me know he would be here today(6/21/24). He came fixed my AC.

Had a great experience with Conrad’s Heating and Cooling. My air conditioner went down late afternoon at almost 5:00 pm. It was 80 degrees out. They scheduled an appointment for me the next morning where the tech was here at 8 am right when their business stated they were open. Gabriel the tech was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it right away and also checked to see if it was working properly before he left. I felt like it was a fair price for the service and would recommend Conrad’s to anybody having heating and cooling issues. I will definitely use them again when I need them.

Our furnace was making a loud noise and then completely stopped working. They came out on a Saturday morning and the technician knew within second of looking at our furnace what the problem was. They were super helpful and accommodating through the entire process. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I thought everything was reasonably priced as well. Super happy with my experience!
