I came home from work Friday night to find a leak in our basement dripping onto our washer and dryer. I called Whips Plumbing since they serviced a leak in that area before. The phone line was busy, so I figured I would hang up and try again in a few minutes. Someone texted me and said they would call me back before I even tried calling again. A gentleman ended up calling me back within a couple minutes. I explained my situation and figured an appointment would be scheduled next week since it was not an emergency leak. He said he was headed home, but would stop over since I was close to his house, which I was pleasantly surprised he would offer to do that. He showed up and accessed the situation and determined it was coming from our claw foot tub that we rarely use. He offered to cap the plumbing where the leak was at no charge, we could then schedule another appointment later to fix everything which we decided to do. I am so grateful for his kindness and the ease of the process on a Friday night. I will be calling Whips Plumbing again to have them come back out to finish fixing the issue.

Highly recommended. I am doing a kitchen remodel and needed my existing sink disconnected and removed prior to replacing the countertops. Gary not only came out on a Sunday to disconnect things but was out Monday morning to remove the sink before the installers arrived. This wasn't an easy task, as the sink is cast iron and very heavy. He later came back that day to reinstall the sink. I was very happy Gary was flexible and worked with my schedule so there were no delays in my project. The price was reasonable as well as I was expecting to pay way more than he charged.

Whips plumbing was accommodating and worked with our busy schedule to get our leak evaluated asap! Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Great experience with their services overall.

Excellent and reliable service. My Hot Water Tank went out overnight and my 1st call was to Whipps. Gary, the owner, came right out and had a new tank installed same day. Awesome service and very reasonable pricing. Professional, friendly and very quick service. Cant say enough good and positive things about their service and team.

He quickly and efficiently fixed my plumbing at home so when the church i pastor recently had a broken pipe, I called Gary who rushed over to fix the problem. Both problems were emergencies that he and his crew quickly solved. Excellent professional service at a fair price and a guarantee.

Cannot say enough about how great Whipps Plumbing is. I thought i was going to have to have my hot water tank replaced and I did not. Great customer service. Answered all my questions and gave really great advice. I highly recommend them. Update: I had to have a new hot water heater installed and was so happy with the install and price. Very professional installers, informative and cleaned up like they had never been there. No brainer to call Whips plumbing for all needs.

I truly cannot recommend Whips Plumbing enough! Gary and Alec have both been out to my home and have provided such outstanding, professional, honest, and timely service. Each of them took the time to explain the service to me and make recommendations for maintenance and upgrades to my older home. Charlene was wonderful to speak to and schedule services and help to get service quickly. I appreciate all of their hard work and will certainly continue to use and recommend them in the future!

I had a pleasure to meet and hired Greg to replace my 60 AMP service and circuit panel to be able to add more circuits and renovate my utility/mud room.

He not only did a professional and clean job, but he also went above and beyond helping me and HVAC technicians on the job site. They even gave praise to "Sparky".

I was in dire need of a panel upgrade as the old panel was hanging off the wall. Only being held by the existing wires and it needed to be relocated for it to be up to code.

Greg was able to respond the same day and setup an appointment for him to come take a look. He was knowledgeable & honest. He didn't feel the need to up charge on work that wasn't needed and he was able to get started on the job within our time frame.

Arriving exactly when he said he was, he got to work. What got me though was his attention to detail and the tidiness of his work. Overall, I was highly impressed.

Justin was very professional and did a great job checking out the furnace and repairing the AC wire that needed replaced in the mobile home we were getting ready to sell.

Justin is a true professional and excellent HVAC specialist. He is always on time and is honest with his prices and repairs. He’s the guy you would recommend for your grandmother and know she’s not getting taken advantage of!! 10/10 would recommend using Apex Heating and Cooling

Apex took over another company that we bought our a/c and furnace from. We had a 10 year warranty that they aren’t honoring. They said it only covered replacements even though they were going to replace a part it wasn’t going to be covered .Also they totally misdiagnosed what was wrong with our A/C. They said our motherboard was bad as well as being almost out of freon. William said he wasn’t accusing anyone of anything but it was very odd that these 2 things would happen at the same time! I did not appreciate this comment! We had another company come out. Turns out it was the motor that was bad and we were not low on freon. You can’t get a good freon reading if the system isn’t working. They should know that. They were going to charge me $2300 and it would not have fixed the problem. I will never use Apex or recommend them to anyone.

Amazing! Justin is honest, amazing and doesn’t try to upsell you! He has fixed a couple of our problems with our furnace and a/c and was able to come out quickly! I highly recommend this company!!

Apex is one of the most polite contractors that I have ever met. Extremely honest. He has done work for us multiple times as well as for my mom. Instead of suggesting new furnaces or air conditioners every time he’s been able to fix the problem. That being said he also is able to have the tough discussion when the parts start adding up and it’s time to get that new furnace. They are the only ones I call now and the only one I recommend.

Been using them for years, quick to fix break downs and reasonable on new equipment. I called late morning to re install a/c after home addition and a/c was running by 5pm.

In 02/2023 we had an A/C and furnace replacement with new Trane units. We are pleased with the equipment and service that Conrad's provided.
