I have been using The Cleaning Authority to clean my condo every month for over a year. Ryan responds to calls promptly and is dependable and professional. They do a very good job.

This is the third time I've used The Cleaning Authority of Dublin, and they have done an outstanding job every time. I have no idea how they get the shower glass so clean and completely streak free, but they do. They are polite and professional, and I highly recommend them.

The ladies are doing a great job! They have become very consistent in cleaning all areas and do extra vacuuming in rooms not assigned. I think it is helpful when the same people come each month for the cleaning! I really appreciate their extra care.

Everything was great, here are just a few reminders.
1. Please empty the vacuum after each room. I'll put out the part to attach for cleaning the stairs. If it runs out of power, I have another one in the basement.
2. I'll close the doors on the rooms you don't need to do.
3. Just a reminder to pick up move the kitchen chairs so they don't leave a mark.

The cleaning staff arrived on time for my first cleaning. After a tour of my home, they immediately set to work. They never stopped and before they left, had me walk through the house to see if they missed anything. The house was spotless for the first time in months.
I would highly recommend The Cleaning Authority for your cleaning needs. The owner is also client centered and wants his customers completely satisfied with the work done in their homes. They are also bonded and insured.

Love TCA. Reliable. Trustworthy. Kind. No complaints. Been using them for a few years. If I ever do have any issue,, it is resolved right away and usually occurred for logical reason.

I quickly received an in person estimate, and the cleaning sessions were scheduled the that day. The owner was very kind and gave a lot of detailed information during the estimate. The cleaning staff were very thorough, respectful of our home and did an amazing job. After the cleaning, the cleaning authority provided an inspector to double check and make sure everything looks good. Excited to continue using Dublin Cleaning Authority, recommend to anyone looking for house cleaning service in the Hilliard/ Dublin area.

Hannah and Tawnia did a great job on 1st clean! very quick, courteous and did a great job. They were able to negotiate around our dog too, who always seems to want to help them.

Has a great variety of flowers and houseplants. You name it, they most likely have it. And if they don't, they have wonderful staff members who are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and will help point you in the direction to find what you're looking for.

Okay store, but the solicitations for things like kitchen remodeling make me seriously not want to go there. I was stopped in the far corner of the garden section. What in the world are they thinking having someone do this?

Helpful staff and generally well stocked. I did have trouble finding someone to help me in the garden center - I was trying to reach something on a high shelf. No one in sight.
