I first hired Landscaping 365 in 2018 because we were going to be away for the summer. We started with lawn mowing, fertilizer and insect control. The following year and ever since then we have hired Landscaping 365 for basic yard work, however, in addition, Ti installed a stone border around our front and side gardens, helped transplant some trees, and dealt with several infected trees/shrubs very effectively. He is a prompt, responsive, knowledgeable person with whom to deal.
During this time Ti has developed his business a great deal and it is a pleasure to see how he has grown. He has earned it in my book.

Addendum Oct 7, 2025: We continued to use Ti Woods until we sold the house noted above in 2022. Learning that we were going to put the house on the market, even on short notice, Ti arranged for a crew to do yard cleanup and trimming just a couple of hours before the house went on sale. The house sold quickly, in part because of the garden borders and plantings designed with Ti. Recently we once again had occasion to call on Landscaping365 for mulching of our small garden in a residential community. As always, he and his crew did a great job on our garden.

Unfortunately. I supposedly accepted an estimate in March. Reached out to the owner in a second correspondence in April to state, I received an invoice and no one had shown up to do the work. Due to so much rainfall, my lawn and flowerbeds were overgrown with weeds. Slowly, but surely I managed to clean my flowerbeds of weeds. I also trimmed cutback my perennials. On or about May 7th, I received a message from owner that I was scheduled for service. On Friday, May, a crew of 3 people showed up to my property I tried to explain what I had already done but they remained and finished a couple small jobs. They were there for not more than one hour. I tried requesting an adjustment for the work the crew did vs what was already done. To no avail the owner was very unprofessional in his response and did NOT adjust the invoice for the real work done. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE SCAMMED!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

This was the first time I used landscaping 365. Ti was great! He walked through whole yard to listen to our requests and gave suggestions. Had 3 trees removed and 1 new tree planted (that he helped us pick out). Front bed was removed and graded into the yard. Very pleased with the whole process; price quote was very reasonable, job was finished in a day and a half, work was done as had been discussed. Would definitely use them again.

I was looking for someone reliable to handle my yard and I just seemed to keep running into guys who rather thought my needs were insignificant or they were too “busy” to keep my yard on track. I contacted landscaping 365 and they made me feel like the only thing that mattered was my satisfaction. I don’t have to look any further and I have definitely recommended them to everyone I know. They really care about doing the best work while delivering the best customer service experience. If you haven’t heard of them you might need to get with the program

My yard was greatly in need of a full refresh to get rid of overgrown weeds and trees, and I was truly impressed with the work that Landscaping365 was able to complete in a single day. The work was done on time and the clean-up was meticulous. They communicated with me throughout the process to make sure work in the yard matched my expectations. Ti is pleasant to interact with and it is evident that he is knowledgeable and serious about all things landscaping!

They did an excellent job shoveling our driveway and sidewalk. I will definitely use them again this winter.

Snow removal service. Great communication by the snow removal team. Snow is removed by shoveling instead of plowing to minimize any damage to drive way and sidewalks.

I generally don't leave reviews because I'm a grumpy old man, but Landscaping 365 is the real deal.

I contacted Landscaping 365 because my yard has been largely neglected for the past year; specifically the flowerbeds, shrubs, and mulched areas. Had I known what a great experience this would turn out to be, I would have contacted them sooner.

From the first inquiry into the company and their services, the owner, Ti, was very prompt with responses, information and answers to any questions I had. More importantly, I could tell he was interested. He wasn't just going through motions with some random person that might become a customer, he treated me as if I'd been using them for years. Having dealt with several significant home repair projects and multiple vendors this year, Ti stood out. He wanted to know the reason behind the work and what my goals were, not just take my money.

As for the work itself, Ti arrived before his team to do a detailed walkthrough with me to ensure we were on the same page. Once the crew arrived and work began, they were efficient and thorough. As work progressed, Ti asked me to walk the yard with him a few times just to be sure we were still on the same page and that I was good with the work being done. Awesome.

Once they were done, Ti had me do a final walkthrough, again, to be sure I was happy, which I was. Very much so.

In this day and age of go, go, go where everything feels rushed and details are often skimmed over, Ti stands out as one of the old school. He listens, provides feedback, then listens more before repeating back to you to ensure accuracy. He's also a genuinely pleasant good dude.

Oh, and at Ti's suggestion, they did more clearing/cleaning work than was agreed to and didn't charge anything additional.

I highly recommend Landscaping 365 to anyone considering the services they provide.

Did an amazing job of snow removal!! Quick to respond, very pleasant, and cleared a whole lot of snow so I could get out of my garage. Will be using them for landscaping inthe spring and would recommend to anyone!

I entered a contract, the Budget plan for 3 visits on 1/25/26 for $630, with each visit under 6" costing $210. The company is local so they were aware we had 12 inches of snow. The contract reflects snow over 6" will be billed based on equipment and labor needs. They arrived on 1/26, 4 men with shovels and completed the job in 30 minutes. On 1/27 I received a text from Ti the owner that he was using the entire $630 for the job because the city plowed the street causing additional snow on the end of the driveway which I'm certain he encounters on the majority of jobs. He didn't tell me when they arrived so that I could decide as my neighbor would have cleared this area for me with a snowblower and had offered to clear the entire driveway after I had entered the contract. I just want to inform the public of this awful experience so that you can spend your hard earned money wisely

Wow am very impressed with Landscaping 365. We needed leaf cleanup, fall cleanup on multiple garden beds, mowing and edging. Estimate was received less than 24 hours after I put in the request. The team was out today (1 week after request for estimate) and did an absolutely fantastic job. Fast, professional, and the owner Ti is a star. He communicates throughout the process. Let me know time the team would arrive, was on site the entire time, and checked with me several times to ensure things were being done as requested. I’ve used several landscaping services and this one is top notch! Already on the list for spring cleanup and mulching.

Experts who provided an exact and beautifully done leaf removal. They checked-in throughout the process and chatted with me about each step! I felt informed and my property was well cared for. At the end Ti had me review the area and when I noticed any area I wanted them to focus on, they immediately responded. Professional and very effective!!

A pleasure to work with. Did exactly as wanted. Multiple check-ins with price points and where we were and if we wanted to do more or less even. Looks completely different. Fast too IMO. Maybe 5 hours total. Nothing left behind or anything negative. Very cordial owner too and does what YOU want regardless of his own business and what he will end up making.

They worked on cutting huge overgrown bushes, tree growing out of the fence lines, mowing, edging, taking. Job well done. Completely recommend. You can now see the patio!
