Very impressed with Accurate Plumbling! They were able to come out the same day we called them. Bill was awesome, very knowledgable and professional. There prices are very resonable! I spent a lot of time calling other plumbers. Save yourself the time and just call Accurate Plumbing!

Our water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't relight. We had an appointment with another company and they didn't show - Accurate Plumbing was booked but they squeezed us in AND showed up in the promised time frame. So so happy to have a hot water after a few days without!

These guys are awesome. Save yourself a hassle and go here first. Roto whoever or whatever other huge company will charge you an arm and a leg but Accurate Plumbing is fair, reasonable and amazingly efficient and friendly service. They have helped me out a few different times where they even got me in the same day which helped me out tremendously. Will always call them first.

Mike and Sean(?) did a great job. They saved the day by resetting and sealing my toilet without having to replace subfloor and floor tile. Took more time, effort, and plumber tips & tricks but they solved my problem. Will call them for all future plumbing work.

The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

The quote was fair for the work performed. The team was easily reachable over phone and they showed up on the promised date and time. I would definitely recommend their service.

Had a water heater that needed replacing and Accurate Plumbing was out the same day. We also had Atlas Butler and the Eco Plumbers out for estimates. Accurate Plumbing beat both companies by $900 to $1200. Accurate Plumbing had everything done by noon. Call these guys first.

I recently had some problems with a product Accurate installed (not their product and nothing they could control). Getting the problem resolved took a number of trips over the course of several weeks. MIke and his team went above and beyond in handling my issue fairly, competently and effectively. I have used Accurate Plumbing many times over the years and this experience more than validates why I keep going back to them.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mike Young with this company! He is so wonderful and was fantastic! He was the nicest, most professional plumber EVER! He even recommended me change things with my current washer and dryer that I didn’t even think about! He fixed my water heater, moved it and plumbed another item for me! was in and out in less than a day! Love this company! Very economical as well! He even removed old appliances for us and the left the place better than ever!!

Contacted Accurate on a Monday to schedule service on my sump pump (which had gone out)...Mike squeezed me into the schedule for the following day. Service Rep (Mike) came out promptly and installed a new sump pump - very responsive, knowledgeable and quick! Definitely recommend them...Thank you!

Accurate Plumbing did a good job removing old fixtures before bathtub refinish and installing new after it was done. I appreciated Mike's timely responses to me via e-mail. And Jim was very prompt for scheduled appointments and did a good work!

The people at Accurat Plumbing just left after flushing and descaling our tankless waterheater. They were very punctual, professional, and courteous. They freely answered several general questions I had and I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I have worked with Accurate Plumbing for the last 5 years. They have always been quick to respond and service. Unfortunately we had an incident of black mold generating from a broken seal at the base of commode. I already had an Appt the following week to unclog drain, but when I called Mike and explained the situation he had Bill out within hours. Bill was great about resolving the issue and cleaning up. (As well as fixing the items I already had an Appt for!). Highly recommend!

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

Bill and Cameron did an excellent job fixing the leaks under my kitchen sink that were caused by someone else replacing the sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They checked everything thoroughly and discovered multiple issues. Each item was addressed, fixed accordingly, and double or triple checked to ensure it was fixed. I can ALWAYS trust Accurate Plumbing to do an excellent job!! Thank you Bill and Cameron!!

I have been very happy with Accurate Plumbing. They arrived when they said they would and they performed the work quickly and correctly. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Had a pipe that needed to be repaired at the kitchen sink. I called Accurate Plumbing and asked if it was possible that a plumber could come same day. John and Zack came within a couple hours. They were punctual, polite, and effective in fixing the pipe. Also, they cleaned up after the job was complete. I most definitely recommend Accurate Plumbing.

I have a friend who was in need of a new water heater, but was going through some financial strain. I called Mike at Accurate Plumbing to see if he and his crew could give me a quote on a water heater so that I could help them out.
He sent someone out promptly to the house and was able to not only quote them a new water heater, but he found a larger, more efficient water heater, and did not try to oversell on a more expensive or tankless one. Accurate Plumbing had the best price out of three companies I contacted. The team installed the water heater the next day, and my friend was very pleased with the work. Mike also helped with the cost of the water heater, which was so kind and generous.
Even though I did not personally use this company, as this was for a friend, I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home.

This is an excellent plumbing company. Fair pricing, great, fast service. We called them for a leaking hot water heater, they replaced it the next morning in about 2.5 hrs, including removal and haul away of the old unit.

Probably one of the best plumbing companies in the greater Columbus market. I'd know.

I was having difficulty scheduling a day with any plumber to come look at a leaky toilet (nonemergency) until I called Accurate Plumbing. I appreciated Mike finding a time on the busy schedule to send someone out for a relatively minor issue and John for the excellent work and feedback while he fixed the issue at my house. I'm really quite thankful for both the quality work and customer service Accurate Plumbing provided when I wasn't getting it elsewhere.
