Accurate Plumbing will be my new go to for all my plumbing issues. They were super thorough and addressed an issue that multiple other plumbing companies failed to catch. The staff was friendly and on time and again I cannot under emphasize how thorough they were. If the other companies were even half as thorough I wouldn't have to be redoing the drywall in my dining room for the second time.

Great experience with Accurate Plumbing. Kameron was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. He noticed our sump pump wasn’t working, which could’ve turned into a big problem.

He had a new sump pump installed in under 30 minutes and also checked our low water pressure and gave some helpful recommendations. Very professional company. Highly recommend.

Mike and his team at Accurate Plumbing do an exceptional job of diagnosing plumbing problems and fixing them efficiently. They are very professional, knowledgeable and ethical. In addition, their service is very reasonably priced. I was very impressed with Joe who was recently at our house to fix a difficult bathroom leak. Not only did he identify the issue but he did a great job in fixing it and gave me some excellent suggestions for insuring less problems in the future. This is a great company!

Excellent service. They answered the moment I called and checked what the problem was with the leak in my house. They identified the problem instantly, answered all my questions immediately, and gave me two different solutions. Besides, they took care of arranging the permits and inspections required for the drain damage and water leak, and they left my house looking like nothing had happened. I found this business through recommendations of neighbors on Nextdoor. Scheduling is easy and quick. Their price is also quite fair. The first technician that came out did not install the faucet properly so I had to call them back. Next day, a more experienced technician Mike came to fix the issue and it worked. I think overall it is a fine experience but just depends on who they sent to your place to work.

It feels more like inaccurate plumbing. I'm not a plumber, but it seems unnecessary to open a ceiling to identify why water is dripping from the bathtub to downstairs, especially when I've already described the issue. They charged me $175 during the first visit, assuring the problem was fixed, only to return and suggest opening the ceiling on second visit .

It easier to tell the truth that you don’t know how to fix it.

I called to make an appointment to have a toilet and sink installed. It was Valentine's Day. They assured me that the work would be done before 1:00 p.m. before my wife came home from work, as we were celebrating our first Valentine's Day as a married couple.

Accurate Plumbing did not show up on time; they arrived at 2:30 p.m. and did not give us a heads-up that they would be late. They were still happy to charge me their prime rates, despite completely disrupting our day.

A simple phone call to let someone know you are running late is all it takes for quality customer service and shows the customer you value their business.

We tried to use Accurate Plumbing to repair or replace our tankless water heater, and I would never recommend them. We did not have enough hot water to shower for more than a month while working with them and we spent nearly $700 for them to try different repairs that did not work. I had to call multiple times to get status updates, they came to our home four different times, and we still couldn’t get hot water. I ultimately decided to go with a different company that was able to replace our tankless water heater same-day.
