I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

Accurate Plumbing replaced our 18-year-old hot water heater. They arrived at scheduled time and completed the job in less than two hours, with very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend them. I am a new customer, but from now on, they are my go to plumbing

Great service, extremely kind employees, wonderful communication. They even attempted to troubleshoot our plumbing issue over the phone which taught us a thing or two! Our water heater died on a Saturday evening (messy and hugely inconvenient).😱
Members of a local Facebook group had several recommendations. Based on those recommendations, I called Accurate, Amanda, Fritz Baumann, and Jack Woods.
Only Mike from Accurate Plumbing responded and sent someone (his son) out the very next morning (Sunday) to replace our water heater. They were polite, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy!
I am extremely impressed with their work ethic, service, and how easy they were to work with (and also to see young people who feel called, entering the trades)! Equally thrilled to have hot water again! 🥳

I had an issue with shower head dripping water. I contacted the company for service since one of my neighbors had recommended them.

A technician came and fixed the problem, however, after some time, it started dripping again. I called the company and this time, Mike, a skilled technician, came to my house. Mike is great. He took his shoes off at the door and spent time to check the valve and did a thorough job to repair the shower head valve. Mike is professional and very skillful.

The Accurate Plumbing is also great in honoring their warranty promise. Five stars for Mike and five stars for the company.

I had an error on my Navien water heater and Mike with Accurate plumbing was able to fix it without replacing the entire unit. This is a business with true tradesmen, plumbers who are professionals and know their field. They know how to actually repair issues rather than simply replacing expensive items. I’m extremely satisfied and plan to use them anytime I need a plumber.

Great reputable workers. We've been going to this company for a long time for our backflow checking and other assorted plumbing issues. We especially like the owner and we like our plumber j this is an awesome family-owned company with reputable, hard-working people. I will continue to go them them as long as I live

Our water heater literally blew out this morning (water gushing everywhere). I called Accurate, and Kameron was there at 8am, and by 9:30 we had a new Water Heater Installed. He couldn't have been more polite, pleasant & knowledgeable and I believe the price was very reasonable (probably because they don't have a huge advertising budget that passes through that cost to me). I had them out once before for my Sump Pump as well, couldn't be more pleased with their service.

Had Mike out today and he did a phenomenal job, exceeded my expectations by a mile! The work looks amazing and best part is that I finally have water pressure again. We have hired Accurate Plumbing twice, once to install our RO water system, and another time to install a new dishwasher and a water heater. We are very pleased with this company. They arrive on time and get the job done efficiently in a timely manner. They also helped us figure out why our kitchen sink had low water pressure. Everyone is always very kind and professional. Accurate Plumbing will always be our go-to company for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Needed assistance getting a drain fixture out. They succeeded, however, the technician also melted and broke the drian pipe beneath my tub. I was not charged anything. A couple weeks later a more experienced technician showed up and fixed the problem for no charge. Very friendly, helpful, and they will correct their mistakes.

Their estimate was so much better than the competition, for installing a higher quality water heater, that I could not believe it at first.

Y'all know 2025 things are dire, our last plumber (a very large company in the area) hit us with a surprise bill after work was done, and here is Accurate Plumbing saving us money. The install looks so good too.

July 28, 2020 Installed a new 50-gallon hot water tank for us. The process of removing the old and installing the new tank went seamlessly. Shout out to Justin and Logan!
November 6, 2025 Replaced a 24-year old toilet wax seal in our Master bath after discovering a water leak in the ceiling below. We couldn't have asked for a service call to go more pleasantly or smoothly. Shout out to Kameron!
November 17, 2025 Proactively replaced a 24-year old toilet wax seal in our upstairs hall bath. Replaced our builder-grade, plastic push/pull water lines and valves with new, upgraded hot and cold water braided lines and metal valves under a bathroom and a kitchen sink. Another top-notch experience. Shout out to Joe and Kameron!
January 5, 2026 Installed a new tub valve, new shut-off valves, and a new trim kit for our Roman tub. Top-notch work. Replaced old, stuck shut off valves with new and installed a new faucet in the bathroom. Avoided unnecessary work with a tricky hot water line under the sink. Shout out to Bill and Kameron!
January 21, 2026 Installed a new sump pump, new check valves for both the main and auxilliary pumps, and new PVC pipe. Couldn't have asked for a smoother service call. So grateful for this company. Thanks, Kameron!

We had a leaky seal on our toilet and Accurate was able to get us taken care of quickly and professionally. Pricing was great, service was incredible, and the best part: I wasn't watching YouTube for hours and making multiple trips to the hardware store trying to DIY it.

Was incredibly impressed with the professionalism from these plumbers. Kameron came to re-install a toilet that a prior plumber had installed to a rusted flange (which then failed within the year). He was precise with the original quote and charged an incredibly reasonable price. Referred them to my best friend and she had them out a couple days later to fix her toilet and clear some drains. I would highly recommend this company.
