This process was SO much easier than I expected! The team explained everything about the process super clearly and Dean provided detailed and timely responses to any questions. They were familiar with colors & styles that would be permitted in my subdivision and took the guess work out of making decisions. I wanted them to check on something afterward and they did so with the same high level of customer service they demonstrated throughout the entire process. I would use them again for sure!

Amazing is not descriptive enough to describe the experience I had with Upgrade Roofing. I have owned my home for over 20 years and have never had to file any type of insurance claim. I had no idea what I was doing and was a nervous wreck. I was very uneasy and very skeptical with the whole process. Two other roofing companies stopped by and I spoke with them as well. Josh from Upgrade Roofing was the last to come by and I have to honestly say he made me feel the most comfortable throughout the whole process. He did not make me feel rushed, he answered all questions thoroughly, and he had no problem communicating directly with my insurance agent/company. The storm did damage to both my roof and siding. The first company told me i would have to file two separate claims. The second one told me they couldn't give me a specific time frame of when things could be completed due to other jobs scheduled before mine. Josh not only was able to tell me it all could be done with filing one claim, but said he would check and see what the time frame would be with getting both my roof and siding done. He stated he couldn't give me absolute specifics, but at least what the process would be. He delivered and kept true to his word. From the beginning of the process to the end. He was also present. Not just physically. He communicated. He always kept me in the loop by calling, texting, or emailing with updates. (Times of deliveries, weather delays, etc) Throughout the whole process, he handled communicating with my insurance agent. I'm so happy with my decision and would recommend Upgrade Roofing to anyone needing to get their roof/home repaired. I am so thankful the day Josh came knocking at my door. The timing was perfect and I feel my home is back to feeling more than perfect. We have had several storms and there have been no issues. My home looks amazing. I feel like I have a brand new home all over again. I can't thank Josh and everyone that was involved in making this whole project a success. I know I said a lot, but I stand high and strong on everything I said. I can go on saying more. Upgrade Roofing deserves a MILIION STARS!!!!

THE STATE FARM SLAYERS!!! I am a tough customer so when I give an enthusiastic five stars, you know it is an outstanding company to work with. I have had two other roofing companies try to get this covered by State Farm who is notorious for not replacing roofs and fail. Not these guys. And they were with me every step of the way. They were ALWAYS responsive and available. You actually get to meet the people who you talk to. And they helped put the pressure on State Farm to get this approved. I could not have done it without them. The roof went up and was completed in ONE DAY!!! And they completely cleaned everything back up. I will never use another roofing company again, and neither should you.

We had a couple of leaks in our 14+ year old roof. I fully expected that we needed a new roof. I called AC and they inspected the roof. To my surprise, they said the roof was in good shape but that we had a couple of misbehaving nails around vent flanges. They fixed those spots and we are back in business. It’s good to find honest contractors that don’t turn minor repairs into a major problem just to score a full roofing replacement job. Thank you, AC!!!
