Shawn arrived early and began on-time. He provided excellent information about the process. He was hard-working, kind and completed the cleaning quickly. Great guy and in turn, a great reflection on Stanley Steemer. This was our first time using them but would not hesitate to use again.

DeAndre & Oliver were outstanding!
They were professional and efficient.
They explained everything they were going to do and did it!
They were in and out in 30 minutes!
We will definitely recommend Stanley Steemer and specifically request these two gentlemen again.

I had my whole home cleaned. The two gentleman were helpful in making sure I got what I wanted done. There were many area rug as well as carpets, hardwood floors and vinyl floors to deal with. I would ask for the same tea if they are available next time!

Kitt was professional and showed up on time . My carpet was a complete disaster. I thought that I could clean it myself, but it got worse. My kids made slime and was so bad. I tried to get a commercial cleaner but it only got the surface.

My tech was DeAndre.
I got my front room carpet Oder eliminator cleaned and deodorized.
My tech did a wonderful job at explaining what would work best since I have dogs and also let me know that carpet pad can also hold orders as well.

DeAndre did wonderful at preparing the room and making sure everything was cleaned to my liking. We was willing to move furniture and clean all the areas I would like. He was very respectful, professional, and kind hearted.
Definitely a good first time experience and I would definitely be calling Stanley steaming store location Columbus 005 in Dublin, oh requesting my boy DeAndre to service my carpet again.

We have tile floors throughout our home. Although it is mopped a couple of times each month.Nothing compares with the cleaning, that stanley.Steamer just did.
We have areas that I didn't think would ever really look clean again. Over the years, I have had cleaners tell me that's the best they could do! It now looks as if this is brand new tile on the floor.
I am very, very grateful that I call Stanley Steamer.
The 2 young men did an excellent job and shared with me tips on how to take care of the flooring, what to use and what not to use on the tile flooring because it makes a difference..

Our technician Kenyatta did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and got right to work. When our carpet was done it looked wonderful. Kenyatta checked with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the work. Great job and very affordable. 👍👍

Chris and Constantine did an excellent job! I am very pleased with my carpet cleaning! I got my carpet cleaned through another carpet cleaning company last time, and it did not come close to what Chris and Constantine accomplished. Arjan and Kitt did an awesome job taking care of our Admin area at The Wyler Collection. The carpet tiles have had been installed since 2011 and had been exposed to a good amount of leaks and other spills. These 2 guys quickly took care of us with no downtime to our staff. I’ll definitely look to have them back for additional cleaning in the future. Thank you!

Christopher and Konstantin were fantastic, professional and beyond helpful and informative about the service! My carpets look better than they have in years and they took care of some decade old grease stains. Would love to have these guys out again next time I need a clean. They cleaned 5 rooms and my hallway and stairs.

Shawn was awesome! One of my carpets had not been cleaned in over 5 years and had some tough stains on them. He got them out without a problem. My floors look great! Shawn was personable, professional, knowledgable and incredibly efficient! I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again! I highly recommend!

Returning customer after chasing better deals for several years only to find the old saying is true, “You get what you pay for.” The price was reasonable but the quality service and care Jake took with my furniture and how quick the carpet dried was priceless. Having a well trained, knowledgeable, personable, caring and detailed oriented technician like Jake is why I will be a returning customer. Jake assured me that all technicians go thru extensive training. We took time with the walk thru so I knew that my furniture would be protected. He wanted me to go over what I was expecting. I would say that 90% were achievable and if heavy wear and ground in soil and stains would prevent complete removal, I knew why. Actually it is the best it has looked in years. He worked hard. Almost everything is on wooden legs or has metal on the base, so blocks and plastic squares were needed on almost everything. Something other companies only partially address leaving me to deal with it after they leave. The carpet and ottoman stains were completely removed along with chewing gum or the carpet. I am walking on the carpet in socks less than an hour after Tech left and not getting my feet wet. It is drying in record time. Highly Recommended Stanley Steemer.

I had a great experience with Stanley Steemer. We had Stanley Steemer come out after a sewer and plumbing issue, and they did an excellent job. The team was incredibly efficient and got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. They also got the stain out of our bottom step! (photo 2) They were honest throughout the entire process, clearly explaining what to expect and never trying to upsell anything unnecessary. They recommend the odder eliminator and now it smells like a clean house vs the awful sewage smell! On top of that, everyone I interacted with was kind and respectful, which made the whole service feel even more professional! I highly recommend them!

Our service was above and beyond what I was expecting today! Jeffery was very professional, down to earth, and gave expert level advice on how to care for our carpet post-clean. He advised on products to use for spot cleaning, tackled hard to remove spots, and as a fellow dog owner, he took time to meet our pups and addressing concerns with accident and high traffic areas. Would and will definitely recommend and also will be repeat customers!
