Reviews of local pros in Dublin, Ohio

After a freak hail storm in April, I decided to go with Exterior Alliance based on excellent reviews and the fact they’re a long-standing business in the community. They did not disappoint. Derrick was great to work with; very thorough and responsive. He also worked with my HOA to ensure the shingles would meet requirements. After some major challenges with my insurance carrier, Derrick and Dan fought hard on my behalf to ensure all the damage was covered, including my gutters. The crew showed up early and worked late until the job was finished in one day. They tarped off the entire house to protect it during the removal and did an extremely thorough job cleaning up all debris and nails. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and the team at Exterior Alliance.

Exterior Alliance was new to us but several of our neighbors were using their services for roof replacement after back-to-back high-wind storms. Our next-door neighbor is an excellent judge of the quality of businesses, and his recommendation was enough. We both were very satisfied with the advocacy of our lead contact Brian who matched in performance what he promised. The color selection process led to choosing the best shingle to enhance appearance. The installation process was very efficient and took less than a day. We were impressed by the hard work and coordination which minimized inconvenience and was very respectful from
start to finish. Communication was terrific, and the work with our insurance company was seamless. Cleanup was effective in picking up nails and debris. I would recommend this business without hesitation for performance and responsiveness! Our new gutter system was protected and respected.

I want to thank Derrick and his fantastic crew for the phenomenal job of putting on our new roof! We encountered a lot of stalls and walls with our insurance company, however Derrick was diligent, positive, very encouraging and reassuring that we would be able to get our much needed new roof. The professionalism shown and given was truly a great and welcomed experience. We appreciated Derrick's availability to always return our calls and give us information and progress on a regular basis. I would highly recommend this company!

These guys did a fantastic job. From the beginning, they helped me with my insurance claim, and also helped me understand what kind of roof and vents I needed. The crew was on time, respectful of our property, professional and did an amazing job. They also cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this company.

Every step went smoothly. Brian's experience with insurance companies was very valuable during that process. Everyone on the team was polite and professional. The workmanship is very good. Thanks to everyone at Exterior Alliance!

Derrick and his team did a great job on our roof replacement. The whole job was done in a day and it could not have been smoother. Derrick was very easy to work with, quick to respond, and very professional. We would highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

Fantastic experience with Exterior Alliance, the go-to roofer in Dublin, OH! Their team was professional, efficient, and delivered top-notch quality work on my roof. They truly care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable roofing services!

Brian was our contact in the field. He and the whole crew were just great. We love our new roof and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and did a good job in keeping our yard clean. They even leveled our flue pipe and painted it to mstch the roof. Great attention to detail, would highly recommend them.

Brian and team did a great job replacing our wind damaged roof. From the initial inspection, to working with the insurance company and myself to navigate the claim process, Brian was extremely helpful and kept the ball moving until the claim was finalized and roof replaced. Overall it’s been a very easy process from my end and Brian and team replaced our roof beautifully in one day. Communication was also great throughout the process. Would 100% recommend Exterior Alliance.

After filing a claim for hail damage, Dan and Brian worked directly with my insurance company to ensure we could obtain the highest payout. We were able to replace the roof, siding, and gutters with a minimum out-of-pocket. The work was performed as scheduled. Each crew was professional and conscientious. They took care to protect the landscaping, and were thorough in cleaning up.

Exterior Alliance did amazing! They were very easy to work with and we hardly had to do anything on our part. Our roof and gutters look great. They were recommended to us from friends and we would highly recommended them to others as well. They truly do good work.

I had a great experience with Derrick Raver from Exterior Alliance. He wasn’t high pressure, gave me clear instructions in regards to communicating with my insurance, was patient when picking product and arranging installation and was very clear with me about the expectations and potential delays due to workload and weather. He never seemed annoyed or dismissive when I had concerns or requested updates. It was a great pleasure working with this company, and I highly recommend.

We had a very positive experience working with Exterior Alliance. They were very helpful in getting the Insurance Company to cover the loss and offered a visit to a nearby worksite to actually view their workmanship. They did the job as planned and completed the work according to their contract. We would highly recommend this company. Job well done! Thank you Exterior Alliance

Excellent experience. Exterior alliance helped us through the insurance claim, estimation process, and closure. The project started early in The morning and was completed in one day. Clean up was thorough and everyone was cautious of existing landscaping. We can highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with the process from start to finish. On install day the group arrived on time and were able to complete everything in one day. The clean up was on point and the roof looks amazing.

Brian and Dan were great to work with throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions, were able to get us scheduled quickly and our roof was replaced in one day! Our new roof looks fantastic and they included additional offerings standard that other companies were charging as add ons. We would recommend them to anyone!

Dan and his team were fabulous and did a great job! Our new roof looks amazing.

I was referred by someone in my neighborhood to Dan. I thought “why not reach out”?
I’m sure glad I did.
He got back to me within a number of hours!
was polite, professional, responsive and helpful.
He gave us (emailed) a detailed estimate, was very reasonable and got our roof done all within a matter of weeks from the time we were ready!
The workers arrived promptly and finished the job in 1 day!
They cleaned up after themselves and the roof looks great!
Dan and the 2 site managers came out the day of the job to check in and make sure we were happy. They were all friendly and knew answers to any questions we had.
The whole process was seamless and I attribute that to Dan and his team!

Had a great experience with Exterior Alliance replacing our roof. The team was professional, on time, and did high-quality work. They walked us through the process clearly and left everything clean when they finished. The new roof looks fantastic—highly recommend them!

I got several quotes for a roof replacement, Exterior Alliance had the best value by far! They scheduled me within 2 weeks, and worked around a few rainshowers to get it done. I was especially pleased with the attention to not harming my flowers beds, and with the cleanup afterwards. I love my new roof!! Highly recommend.

Dan and Derrick were awesome. They worked within my budget and helped fight with my insurance company for what was right. I cannot recommend them enough, I would not have been able to repair my home properly without them. They were not only professional, but became friends. If you have storm damage, or just need your roof/siding replaced, I would not recommend anyone else but Exterior Alliance.
