A company that knows what they are doing at every level. From initiating the process for new cedar siding, gutters, and soffits, Dan’s knowledge and customer service was top tier. At every level the workmanship was thorough, efficient, and precise.

This company is very knowledgeable about all things roofing! Knew roofing codes better than my insurance company, and assisted in getting approval. New roof looks great, and crew did a fantastic job with protecting landscaping and cleaning up. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend!

We obtained 5 quotes for replacing our roof, gutters & downspouts. Exterior Alliance offered the best combination of quality (Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles) and price. Dan was very communicative (which we appreciated); and they showed up and did the roof in one day, and the downspouts & gutters a few days later. They cleaned up after themselves well and didn't damage all of the gardens which surround our entire house (which I was worried about). Then they came back and did some touchup paint where the old gutters had covered the fascia, but the new gutters don't (the old gutters weren't properly slanted so water just sat in them, but the new gutters ARE properly slanted which why there wasn't a perfect overlay between the new gutters and the old ones). It's never fun to spend a bunch of money on a new roof; but Exterior Alliance made it easier to take because the results look so good.

We recently worked with Exterior Alliance to replace the roof at our restaurant, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was outstanding — even leading up to the start of the project, we were kept fully informed with clear and reasonable expectations about timing and what to expect.

Because we operate a restaurant, minimizing disruption to business was a top priority, and the team delivered exactly that. The work was completed with great care and professionalism, and they showed an impressive ability to adapt as additional work needs arose, keeping everything on track without missing a beat.

The owner personally oversaw the project from beginning to end, coordinating directly with other contractors to make sure every aspect of the job was handled smoothly. It’s rare to see that level of attention and accountability these days. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Exterior Alliance to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable communication.

Wow- what an awesome experience! Dan and his team were amazing to work with and truly top-notch from start to finish. They were very professional, punctual, and had excellent communication with us (always answered quickly or texted back right away).

The attention to detail, hard work from the team, and finished product were all the best of the best. Exterior Allianxe replaced all of the siding on our house, the trim, shingle roof, and also did light installation/ some other small jobs to go along with siding work. Just such a quality work! Dan also communicated and worked closely with our window installer so the process was seamless.

We received a couple of other quotes but it was a no-brainer to hire Dan and his team! We can't thank Exterior Alliance enough for making this one of the best home improvement experiences we've ever had!

Sam was incredible to work with. He knew exactly what was needed from my description of what I wanted. He helped me choose landscape bushes and pavers. My completed new paver entry way is beautiful and exactly how I had envisioned it. The process was reliable and quick. His team delivered excellent workmanship.

Timberwood recently replaced an old deck with a new paver patio. We are very happy with how everything turned out. It’s absolutely beautiful. Alex and his team did a great job on our backyard patio. Alex shared the design with us and edited promptly whenever we want to make adjustments. The workers are very skilled and pay great attention to details. Prices are also very reasonable. Overall highly recommended.

We called Timberwood to see about replacing our brick and concrete patio and front walkway with pavers. Alex came out and had some great design ideas. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After working with him to pick out the pavers he took care of submitting the plans and getting approval from the Muirfield HOA. His crew arrived on schedule. Alex had agreed to do some extra things such as moving our hot tub and pergola. His crew worked through some not so nice weather. The crew leader, Geno, was very knowledgeable throughout the process. He did an excellent job in fitting and laying the pavers. They cleaned up well and even planted grass seed and applied mulch to the adjacent beds. Overall, an excellent experience. We have another small project with them in the works already.

Will NEVER use again. After I had a contract signed with this company they never showed up to plow the snow out of our parking lot in the Winter of 2018. Tried calling them two times to see if they were behind or not coming....they never bothered to come out to plow or even return two phone calls. Had to close our family business two days because you could not get into our parking lot.
Absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional.
