Reviews of local pros in Dublin, Ohio

Great communication, work was done quickly, and the area was clean when they left. I used a different company in the past and it was a horrible experience. Wish I had known about Top Level sooner, I would highly recommend them!

Ammar with Top Level was great to work with. Ammar was professional, prompt and pleasant. Ammar the owner came on schedule with badge identification, gave an estimated. The following day Ammar himself supervised his worker to ensure the work was completed to his satisfaction. Ammar was hands on to maintain quality control. We were very pleased with the final results to level our sidewalk and raise our front step about 4” back to its original position.

Amaar and his team were fantastic to work with! Very prompt and responsive when I called or had to text. He responded back within minutes if not seconds! Came to do the project when they said they would and was very neat and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Would definitely use Top Level again and would recommend them 100%

First I just want to say that the people were really nice and I wish them success, but we really did have a lousy experience. To begin with they are extremely difficult to get ahold of. The phone seems to be about the only way to reach them but they don't seem to want to return our calls. For the most part, our sidewalk is level and the step they raised is where it should be. However, one portion has already started to sink again. It's likely due to the huge gaps left under the sidewalk when they were finished. They were big enough I could easily slide my hand underneath. We also found about 4 cubic feet of foam in our flower beds. I assume the foam took the path of least resistance and intermingled with our soil along side the sidewalk. The flowers won't grow well in foam so we had to dig it out and replace some of the soil. The worst side effect of the process are the stains on the concrete. See the pictures that I've uploaded for specifics. Clearly something was leaking. There are large reddish stains along the sidewalk and drips all down the driveway. When we contacted them they did come out and try to remove them but it didn't do much good. They are slightly faded now, but they were literally sanding away the concrete. They said they would reach out to the foam supplier and call me back. That was about two weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them yet. I left them voicemails but still nothing. Did I mention they were difficult to reach? Overall the process appears to be a cheap bandaid fix but it definitely isn't inexpensive to have done. I'm not sure I'd recommend the process but I would definitely recommend using a more experienced company.

Just a quick update to say that after my initial review the owner reached out to us. They did some research and were able to come up with a solution to remove the majority of the stains. It's still not perfect but it's acceptable and I believe the stains will fade further in time. I'm sure they will be able to better handle this situation in the future.

Best service with most affordable price. Personal attention given and supervision done by the owner- Ammar. Very nice and honest person. I am recommending him in my friend group. 👌👌

We were very pleased with the results, we did not know how much our Stoops had sunk over the years. The Top Level team were amazing. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing concrete leveling.

Ammar did an excellent job repairing my concrete driveway slab and adjacent sidewalk. He is very responsive, helpful, and very knowledgeable with solutions that work! He deserves a 10-star review and I highly recommend him. He truly sets the standard for professionalism, quality, and customer service!

Ammar was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a quote the same day and we approved as his price was very reasonable. Work was performed the same week and all items were addressed to our satisfaction!
Would definitely recommend Top Level.

Ammar and his team did an excellent job lifting our driveway. With reasonable time and reasonable price.

Ammar and his crew did an excellent job lifting part of our driveway. They worked fast and clean and the communication was great. The price was too. Our driveway looks like new!

Ammar and his crew did a great repairing a sidewalk trip hazard for me. He came out for a quote two days after my initial call and completed the repair the following day in 45 mins. The price was reasonable and I would use them again in the future.

Top Level Concrete just completed an amazing 2 car driveway and front entry sidewalk lift.
Ammar made this project a complete joy from the initial phone call to coming out for a quote to the completion of the job. Pricing was very fair. Workmanship was great, Ammar and his crew completely leveled each area that was originally sinking. A few of the areas had dropped 2”.
I will take his recommendation on the type of joint filler to use which I will be doing shortly.
I was originally looking to have it all torn out and poured new. I’m happy that i found Top Level Concrete. I will recommend them to all my neighbors.

We had such a great experience with top level. I will refer all of my friends there! I called for an estimate they came out on time. Did the estimate then came back two days later and finished my job. so happy I hired them and they offer a lifetime warranty.

Such a great experience working with Ammar and his crew. The team is professional, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. They did such a great job restoring my porch, sidewalks, garage and driveway. I was so pleased that I asked them for a yard sign to help advertise!! This was a completely pleasant experience. Thanks, Ammar and Top Level crew. You deliver Top Level results and service.

Wow, what an all-around great experience with Ammar and his crew! From the initial contact to the completed job just yesterday (12/2/25), everything went as planned. Very professional, excellent workmanship including clean-up, and fair pricing. And our project was no easy feat, as we needed to raise & level the floor of an inside room built on a concrete slab. I would definitely use them again for any needs and highly recommend Top Level.

Wow, when our kitchen wall started sink we were into a lot of construction and mess for weeks. Top Level came through for us. They were polite and very professional. I was expecting an all day job but was pleasantly surprised when they were done in less than an hour. They were neat and cleaned up. Very Respectful of our property. Highly recommended! The cost was much less then expected.

It was such a great experience working with Ammar and his team. Part of our driveway had sunken in, Ammar came to check the area, gave his professional opinion and explained the process. Came out the very next day with his crew and leveled the area. Looks really good now. Ammar and his crew were very professional very accommodating. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

Timmy and Arthur were easy to work with, helpful, and prompt. They cleaned my gutters and did a great job. Thanks guys!

Great guys and very solid work. Can’t beat that combo. My gutters are perfectly clean and they left no mess behind. They even shared a short video of them working and cleaning the gutters out. Pretty cool. I’ll be calling them every time I need this work done.

Arthur and his team were great to work with! Fast communication, quick service, and quality work. I will definitely be working with them in the future.
