We obtained 5 quotes for replacing our roof, gutters & downspouts. Exterior Alliance offered the best combination of quality (Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles) and price. Dan was very communicative (which we appreciated); and they showed up and did the roof in one day, and the downspouts & gutters a few days later. They cleaned up after themselves well and didn't damage all of the gardens which surround our entire house (which I was worried about). Then they came back and did some touchup paint where the old gutters had covered the fascia, but the new gutters don't (the old gutters weren't properly slanted so water just sat in them, but the new gutters ARE properly slanted which why there wasn't a perfect overlay between the new gutters and the old ones). It's never fun to spend a bunch of money on a new roof; but Exterior Alliance made it easier to take because the results look so good.

We recently worked with Exterior Alliance to replace the roof at our restaurant, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was outstanding — even leading up to the start of the project, we were kept fully informed with clear and reasonable expectations about timing and what to expect.

Because we operate a restaurant, minimizing disruption to business was a top priority, and the team delivered exactly that. The work was completed with great care and professionalism, and they showed an impressive ability to adapt as additional work needs arose, keeping everything on track without missing a beat.

The owner personally oversaw the project from beginning to end, coordinating directly with other contractors to make sure every aspect of the job was handled smoothly. It’s rare to see that level of attention and accountability these days. Wow- what an awesome experience! Dan and his team were amazing to work with and truly top-notch from start to finish. They were very professional, punctual, and had excellent communication with us (always answered quickly or texted back right away).

The attention to detail, hard work from the team, and finished product were all the best of the best. Exterior Allianxe replaced all of the siding on our house, the trim, shingle roof, and also did light installation/ some other small jobs to go along with siding work. Just such a quality work! Dan also communicated and worked closely with our window installer so the process was seamless.

We received a couple of other quotes but it was a no-brainer to hire Dan and his team! We can't thank Exterior Alliance enough for making this one of the best home improvement experiences we've ever had!

Chapman Drainage did a great job on our sump pump drainage project. They worked quick, took great care of our property, and were very reasonably priced. Great group to work with and would highly recommend.

Repaired two verticals cracks in poured basement wall with carbon fiber. Technician (Kyle), did an excellent job, very professional, and cleaned up.

Great at taking and confirming appointments, terrible at actually showing up. States it takes up to 3 days to return voicemails, and to please send and email. Doesn’t respond to either or text messages. I’ve been burned twice now. If he is actually still in business, who knows for how long.

The work was really quick and the site was left in a pleasing manner. The site prep was thorough as the utilities were located and all appropriate permits were secured.

I was very pleased with the new downspout drainage system that Chapman did for us. They were very knowledgeable, rerouting some of the lines to what I consider a more efficient pathway. I have an irrigation system and the Chapman crew was very attentive to my concerns. Job well done Chapman Drainage!

Chapman Drainage did a great job replacing my drainage pipe from the spouting to the street. Their quote was very reasonably priced compared to other options out there. They showed up on the scheduled date and completed their work quickly. Once they were finished, they seeded grass in the area they dug up. I’d use them again if needed for other issues.

Chapman Drainage was AWESOME to work with!! We had a new garage added to our property and Jeremy Chapman came out and evaluated our current house drainage issues as well as created a plan for the new garage system that would be required. Mr. Chapman was very patient with our building progress. Once our driveway was finally removed, the Chapman crew arrived (on very short notice) and put our drains in!! The price was VERY reasonable, the timing was perfect, and the company was GREAT to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Chapman for any drainage issues you may have!!

Chapman Drainage replaced the pipe from my sump pump out to the street and they did a great job. They also provided a temporary repair to hold me over until they were able to come out to do the permanent repair. They were easy to work with and were reasonably priced.

I am remiss that it has taken me this long to write this review. I had a great experience with Chapman Drainage & Basement Repair. I originally called another well known company and got the sales pitch of a lifetime. My sump pump was old and my downspout drain was busted. I wanted no frills and a knowledgeable company. I got both with Chapman. I sent a few pictures over and I received a quote in a couple of hours. Within a two weeks both my sump pump and drain pipe were repaired! Excellent service, affordable. I highly recommend!

The previous owner of my house put in makeshift sump pump pit right outside my garage in the driveway. Turns out they did everything wrong that they could when they installed it causing my garage to flood on several occasions. Chapman Drainage was quick to respond and help diagnose the problems. Jeremy came out to assess the water coming into my 100yr old basement. He was very informative about what my options were and why, what I might be able to do myself, and gave me suggestions for near and long term solutions. Really appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need and looked at the issue from all angles. I will definitely be calling them when I’m ready to tackle the bigger solutions.

Installed new drainage pipe but did not remove old deteriorating pipe. Also accidentally covered landscape lighting with mulch which caught mulch on fire when the landscape lighting came on.
