Ron replaced the main water valve and the water pressure reducing valve as well as added a smart water valve that I purchased on Amazon. Ron was very professional and explained everything to me before installing. I highly recommend J&J and Ron in particular.

I had my thermostat catch on fire this morning and they were able to send out someone very quickly and get me set up with a new one. Nick, the electrician they sent out, was very knowledgeable and got everything fixed. 10/10

My technician, Nick, did an excellent job of installing a couple of ground rods. He explained everything he needed to do and why it needed to be done. He was thorough, and very polite and knowledgeable. I'll be requesting Nick when I use them in the future. Thank you Nick!

Shandan and Alex were awesome. Shandan diagnosed why my water heater was leaking, explained it to me in a way I understood, then provided options to resolve the problem. I would certainly recommend them if I know of someone who needs a plumber.

Jan H did a wonderful job fixing our drain for our tub is was installed improperly when we bought our house. He came right in and diagnosed the problem. He was very quick and through and I would recommend Jan and J & J plumbing to all my friends and family.

Service technicians Brandon s and Nigel were at our home for plumbing issues. They were very thorough and explained what was needed done. Very professional. They did a great job.

Jared W and Andrew O Came out on the initial Service Call. They were Very Knowledgeable and discussed All possible ways to handle our plumbing problem. We set up a date and Jared and Andrew Z came out and dug a trench in the mud and the cold. Our problem was fixed on that day. I then scheduled more Plumbing issues I had been putting off and they came out 3 days later and took care of them. All 3 were Friendly and Respectful. Donna B

Ron B came and accessed my toilet problem. Replaced too many wax rings over the last several years. Determined that my flange of lead was deteriorating and needed replaced with plastic. He was here 3 hours by his self and made the repair. He was very knowledgeable and informed me of future issues I may have with my cast iron pipes of this 70 year old house. I would recommend Ron for future problems.

Ron was incredibly professional, showed respect for my home, and was thorough while troubleshooting and repairing my hot water heater. I appreciate how transparent he was when discussing price, parts, and putting into layman’s terms the issue that was going on. Definitely would recommend!

David C was awesome! Very courteous and efficient and even showed up extra early because of a scheduling issue we had later in the day with our youngest child. And our water heater looks great and is up and running.

I live in a 100+ year-old home with much of its original wiring. Ryan arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He did a full house electrical inspection and gave me several quotes for various jobs I could consider. I decided to update 2 outlets and a wall switch which he completed in no time. J&J has done plumbing work for me in the past and I would recommend them to family and friends for any work they might need.

Darnell came to help us with our furnace that wouldn’t light and was only blowing cold air. He was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. He had us up and running with a working furnace in a snap! I don’t know if we can request certain service techs in the future but I’d be happy to have Darnell come out every time.

J&J Plumbing was fast! I called in the early afternoon and they sent Nick out to me right away and he was able to quickly resolve our electrical issue. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Had them work on our toilet to correct the wax seal. Great communication before the service. Found a couple additional things and corrected them as well during the visit. Very approachable and friendly guys that’ll help you understand the work and safety characteristics while feeling comfortable they have your best interest in mind. I am a brand new Comfort Club member and I can already tell I made the right investment.
