I had Jack B today install a water softner for me and he was great. Very friendly and efficient - he cleaned up everything and went beyond what he had to do - he made sure my basement floor was wiped dry and also carried my softner salt that was delivered in the basement for me. He was absolutely fantastic.

Shane D. was excellent. As a chemical engineer, I wanted to know everything about what he was doing and how all the equipment worked. He was very patient and informative with my questions. Best of all, the clog is gone and the wife is happy. There is no way I could have done this myself. Money well spent.

Had the pleasure of having J&J Plumbing replace our hot water tank. Justin did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to others. Overall just a great experience!

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Rob and Braeden for recent electrical work. They were extremely knowledgeable and efficient with an all day job. They were also able to schedule us ASAP. When the city electrical inspector came over afterwards to check their work she commented on how well everything was done and how she never has any issues with J&J. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Nick came out today to do our electrical inspection, and he was fantastic! He communicated thoroughly before the inspection via phone as well as during highlighting any concerns he had. Nick was also very thorough during the inspection, making sure we knew about different features our house has. We highly recommend J&J, specifically Nick!

Had Braeden M and David R out to the house last week to help with an electrical problem we were having with the oven hood. They were both very professional and knowledgeable! I'm especially thankful we joined their Comfort Club. The club gave us a nice discount and more importantly they did a free electrical inspection! I'll definitely be renewing my club membership annually. Highly recommend J&J and Highly recommend their Comfort Club!

Shandan was awesome! He was very thorough in explaining to me the best fix for our situation and answering my plethora of questions. He and Alex did a great job installing the new pipes as well. This is my second great experience with this company and I plan on using them more in the future! The turnaround time from the start of my issue to the repair was only about 4 days!

Darnell arrived to address a furnace issue we were experiencing and promptly diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained the issue and presented options courteously and professionally. His demeanor was friendly, down-to-earth and his advice was practical and helpful. I appreciated the professional visit and will continue to do business with the company!

Doug B came to our house and replaced a leaking kitchen sink hose line and installed a new utility room faucet. He was on time, courteous and professional. He helped me select a different faucet since the one I purchased would not fit. Doug B and Gabe came back this morning to install the new faucet. It is a pleasure to work with such friendly and service-oriented people.

Nick S and Csaba were amazing people. Very friendly and efficient. Did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend these 2 people. Thanks for helping us out. Change outlets and fixed some wiring.

I had Nick and Csaba out today to install a fixture after it was discovered the wiring situation was a bit over my head. They also did a breaker and safety check which is great in an old home. Found some plumbing corrosion I wasn't aware of while they were at it.

I'm very pleased with the level of service and support I got and will definitely have J&J back to my home for future projects.

I called J & J Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric early this morning for an electrical issue. A breaker that controls my garbage disposal and dishwasher kept tripping, even when nothing was running. I was thrilled they were able to fit me in the same day.

Our technician, Cade, arrived within a few hours of my call. He ran a full diagnostic to find the cause and discovered the switch for the disposal was the main issue. He replaced the switch, but didn’t stop there. Cade continued checking every possible reason the breaker could be tripping. He inspected the breaker panel and tightened everything to make sure it was all in good shape.

While the panel was open, he noticed one breaker was double tapped from a previous owner. For safety reasons, we decided to have an additional breaker installed, and I really appreciated him pointing that out instead of ignoring it.

I was very happy with the service. I received a notification ahead of time with Cade’s photo and a short bio, which was a nice touch. He arrived in a clearly marked company truck, wore boot covers while working in my LaGrange, Ohio home, explained everything clearly, and was extremely respectful and friendly.

Highly recommend J & J and especially Cade.
