This is the 3rd time I have used High Climbers. This time Michael took down a 70 foot Sycamore!! And made it look easy!!. Cleaned up all the scrub. Left the larger branches n the trunk cut up into managable pieces as requested!!!
And he is didn't mess up my yard!!

Michael took down 3 trees and removed 2 others that had fallen in our yard at an exceptional price! He was done in 2 days. He was very nice, professional and took pride in the work he did. I highly recommend his company for your tree removal needs! We have a lot of trees on our property, I'm sure we will be doing business with him again.

Michael did an amazing job trimming our trees. We had a difficult job because we had a fence and pool under the limbs we wanted trimmed. We also had limited space for him to work and he was unable to bring any equipment into the backyard. He expertly climbed the trees, cut the branches and slowly lowered them into the small space he had available. He was respectful of our property and cleaned everything up and hauled it all away. We would definitely have him back again!

These guys were fantastic. My neighbors had them remove a small tree. We liked their work. They came to our house the next day and they did a fantastic job. They trimmed and reshaped 7 trees on our property. They transformed our whole yard. I can't praise them enough. And you wouldn't even have known they had been there. There wasn't a leaf on the ground.

I only have great things to say about High Climbers Tree Care! The whole team did great and thorough work at an affordable price. This was my first big project as a new homeowner, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Reached out to other tree trimmers who promised to stop by for an estimate, but never did. I just had a small job, to trim branches from neighbors tree that were growing into my house. Michael came out and assessed my whole property and gave me an itemized list with reasonable price points. Came back the next week, completed the job, left no trace, but missing branches. Highly recommend.

I've been waiting over a year for my refund on the stump removal.

In his response to my original post, I did ask weekly if I was on the schedule. I did this because he never responded. It wasn't that I didn't like his answer, I never heard it. He still hasn't responded.

They did a great job with a tree timing and a tree removal. $900. That was 2 months ago.

I text weekly asking when to expect for the service I have already paid.
I've been ghosted. I've just asked for confirmation that my messages have been seen

A pleasant experience turned sour

I saw Michael's response, but I still have my stump.
My requests for action or refund have been ignored. If I could find an address, I'd take him to small claims court.
My crime was ASKING if I was on the schedule for stump removal ONCE a week, NEVER with any response.

They were great! Excellent prices and service. They came out for an estimate same day and were here the next. Did a very thorough job and left the yard amazing. Definitely would recommend to others and use them in the future!

These guys cut down a huge pine tree in my yard. Communicated very well when needed and very well priced for the job. They also did a very good job cleaning up after. Highly recommended!!
