Waited 4 days for the appointment, then he called the morning of to say he didn't want to work on Maytags! Told him it was a Maytag when I called. Appearantly he doesn't want business.

Repairman had alot of experience, explained thoroughly what the problem was. Older adults are true gems when it comes to experiencing repairs for many years!!

Laughed at & told I'm imagining humming sound. Yet my friends hear it, and I am totally annoyed by the disruptive sound.

Still have not received or heard back from them about our product. Called and asked the receptionist how things were coming along and she said she would get back with me well it's been 5 days and no response and they have had my product almost 2 weeks. So I am not happy
