When a frozen pipe burst behind our bathroom wall on Christmas Eve we quickly shut off our water and cleaned up. Attempted to call several plumbers to find and repair the burst pipe, but due to the extreme cold temperatures everyone was booked for days. When a competitor failed to show up for a scheduled appointment 2 days later, I went back to Google searching for another plumber to help us restore our water. When everyone else told us it would be a week to get out to us, Valu-Rooter made an appointment for the next day, and showed up just before noon. Ross could not have been nicer and more professional. He quickly found and repaired our leaking pipe. 100% satisfied with Valu-Rooter and highly appreciative of their prompt and professional service.

Very impressed with Melissa who helped get me service when I initially contacted Valu-Rooter. She immediately scheduled technician David Burner and his partner. David took the time to explain everything in detail regarding the work I needed done. David and his partner were both very helpful and professional. Their workmanship is truly excellent and the rates lower than other local plumbing companies in my area. I plan on using Valu-Rooter for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

I called Valu-Rooter last night after hours and left a message that my gas water heater broke. Not an emergency situation. They called me at 8 am this morning. John and Steve arrived at 11:30 with the new gas hot water tank. They did an excellent job. They were very pleasant, professional, courteous and friendly. They had to install a new gas pipe, valve and other parts as the gas line was not up to current code. Used the shop vac to clean up the water that leaked onto the concrete floor because the water shut off valve failed and swept up after the installation was completed. It was much cleaner when they left than before they arrived. I would highly recommend them!!

Great experience. The customer service was quick, they had someone at my house within an hour for a sink plumbing issue. Best part is, they sent an amazing tech, David Burner. Ryan and Dylan did an amazing job!! I really appreciate that Ryan was able to unclog our drain. The area in our bathroom is extremely small but he still was able to help us out. They came out the day after we called and had it fixed in under an hour and also 2 days before Christmas! They were friendly and I was happy with the price. I just had Nate at Valu-Rooter replace my old water heater. It was not just a simple switch out due to tight location and piping adjustments that needed to be made. Hello! To anyone person that is in a urgent need of plumbing services give VALU-ROOTER a call! My family and I had an over flowing toilet on a weekend it was a mess! and we didn't have a clue who we should call so I started at the top of the list and I didn't have time to research any reviews I just asked the first person to answer the phone and it was in-take at VALU-ROOTER! They sent "Ryan" He Is PHENOMENAL! Ryan IS EXCELLENT! Then a a few months later needed to replace the hot water heater and sump pump, and we called VALU-ROOTER and the customer service we experienced was A1! just INCREDIBLE! the company was willing to work with us and anyway that they could, in my experience companies these days do not have compassion for the consumer, it is just refreshing to have such genuinely good people to pay, for a service done well! We called Valu Rooter last night to help with a clogged sewer line. One of our daughters from out of town came to visit with twins when we developed problems. Their service technician Dalton Burner came out after regular business hours, located where the line was clogged with tree roots and cleared the line for us. Dalton was very professional and efficient and display a high-quality work ethic. I would not hesitate to call Dalon for any future plumbing needs. Valu Rooter and Dalton really came through for us last night.

Nathan came out at 10pm on Christmas Eve eve to perform an emergency clean out of a drain line at my rental property in Avon Lake. Despite the cold and rainy conditions, he was able to clear the line in a timely, professional manner. I highly recommend Valu-Rooter / Nathan if you ever find yourself in this predicament! Valu-Rooter was able to come out very soon after we called for help on our water heater which was not working. The problem was identified; the part was under warranty so they ordered it for us. Once the part arrived, they once again came out very soon to replace the part and restore hot water in our house. We were also given some tips that could help prolong the life of our water heater. We were very satisfied!

Nathan showed up quickly and was very knowledgeable. He did a great job unclogging my main sewer line and even showed me the camera view. Based on this experience, I would recommend Valu-Rooter to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

Broken kitchen faucet, called Friday spoke with John explained problem. He said OK that Nathan could be there same day 11am/1pm. Nathan arrived around 10ish and looked at faucet and said OK quoted price which we liked. Nathan was very professional and answered all questions and explained everything very clear and understandable. Nathan proceeded to do job under the supervision of our Chihuahua, Tuffy and if our Chihuahua accepts him, then Nathan is well worth calling again, if a problem arises.
