Bryan took my information when I made the reservation. I let him know I had an appointment at noon. So they actually came earlier to accommodate me..the technician did a great job in a timely manner!

Nice company, came same day. The carpet didn’t come out like I thought, but the price was on par with quality so I can’t complain that much. You get what you pay for.

THH did an excellent job on this condo. It was a horder house I’ve been working on since January. Finally got everything out of it. Looks like a brand new place. Also got the carpets cleaned through them. The small bedroom’s carpet was full of dog pee. They got 95% of it up. It was just so bad. Before and after is from when I started to when they got done today in that same small bedroom’s carpet.

Had them clean an empty rental property for me. Cost me $400+ and they didn't wipe down the walls, mop the floor, or clean the oven (which I paid extra for). When I contacted them about the terrible job, they refined me $30... I'm not even sure what they even did. I feel like I got scammed.

Overall I was satisfied. It was about what I expected. They didn't move anything out of the way to clean under, they cleaned around it unless I moved it.

Some of our rooms had marker and make up stains from our 2 year old that I thought the steam cleaning would be able to get out, but unfortunately it did not. It was great for getting pet stains and odors out of carpets.

I was looking for miracles to avoid replacing carpets, but instead I got a really clean carpet that smells great.

First time having THH Cleaning at my home to clean white carpeting in the master bedroom. Very pleased with the results, they were early, efficient and my carpet is very clean! The pricing was also the most competitive without hidden add-ons or promotional pricing but then those other places added trip fee, etc., then their promotional pricing was no longer the amount they promoted - THH quoted me a price and that was exactly what my invoice was. Highly recommend them! Thanks again for superior service.

Love THH. This is probably the 5th or 6th time we have used their services for our carpets. We have 3 dogs and 1 who marks in 2 areas (because hes bad!!) THH always gets our carpets clean and smelling fresh! Their oder removal guarantee is amazing although we have never had to use it. We host all the holidays here for our friends and family and THH has always kept our carpets looking new.

Hired them to clear grass that was taking over a large flower bed. Missed the morning apt. But did come later that same day. The young man was extremely pleasant and done a wonderful job in the garden. Was well worth the cost.

Great guys, fantastic service! They built a nice wall for us in our backyard finished with beautiful landscape around our new patio, my wife and I would highly recommend them!

Worse snow service ever they came to clear out the parking lot and blocked every car in with mountains of snow

Live at Lofts of Wetherington and the snow removal team is still working in zero degree conditions. They were here last night doing enough to dig us out. Tonight they came back and cleaned up what they didn't have time for last night. This is what good customer service looks like! Thank you!

Alexander sounds professional and mature on the phone but I found him to be young and inexperienced especially so in the area of courtesy. He is 21 years old and, hopefully, he will learn by the negative consequences of his rudeness. He does not use a push mower, so beware there will be tracks in your lawn especially in low places and he left some corners that were not mowed. I let him go in favor of someone who does have a push mower and does not charge additional fees to the quoted price I also do not like him having my money (charged) before he does the job. He says he didn't do any work but that is not true. He cut my lawn a week ago for the first and last time. Add this to the list of red flags.
