They did a great job and my carpet looks great, there was some really bad stains and they did great getting rid of them. I would use them again and recommend them.

First experience with this company and it was excellent. Cleanup after construction and the ladies spotted a leak under sink in completely newly renovated bathroom. Addressed it with contractor same day. The house is immaculate and they gave the new basement tiles a double mop. Very pleased.

This company does an incredibly thorough job – I recommend them to anyone who who has existing carpet. Our carpet is not new and I was extremely pleased with the time that was put into getting it clean and any stains that may have been in it. They treated it first and then cleaned it and then vacuumed it to where it was practically dry. Our carpets look beautiful! This company
and the young tech that they sent out. Kyle is outstanding! My husband and I we're impressed with his mannerism his positive attitude, professionalism and attention to detail. He went over everything with us exactly what he would be doing and what the cost would be, which we felt was very reasonable. And then ask us if we had any questions for him. Excellent communication skills! We were so pleased at how much time he actually spent on the carpet, as carpet cleaning companies we have had before, have been in and out in 30 minutes. He was so thorough! We received text on a regular basis as to when our tech would be out and when he was on his way. He was on time to who the minute. Sam and his helper were most friendly. They were on time, started working right away and were very personable. They did a great job.

We used them to clean our duct ststem and Greg and Kyle were great and did a awesome job. So i booked them to clean the house. Amber, Ty-Asia arrived early and did exactly as i requested. They were joined by Kara, who checked their work and was very polite and personable. They did a Dynamite job and i hired them again! Highly recommend!

I recommend THH Cleaning over all the rest. Professional, easy to book on line, great communication, timely, prices are reasonable, friendly. My only small concerns are that he didn't wear shoe protectors (he did walk on parts of the carpet he already cleaned); and I had a very small couch in the playroom he didn't want to move. I offered to move it for him. He said it was because the legs were metal and they could rust if they got wet. I am wondering why he didn't use little furniture blocks underneath when he was done. When I asked him that, he didn't seem to have an answer.

They did a great job cleaning my carpets. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I actually got an appointment the very next day! They respond quickly and are very professional and helpful. The two gentlemen that came to my home were very informative and did a wonderful job! I’ve priced a few different companies and they were the most affordable. My carpet looks and smells great! Greg did a wonderfully thorough job on our couch and love seat! We've had the "big companies" a couple times in the past and they didn't do nearly as well. Would definitely recommend THH.

The company was able to schedule us in just a few days. Kyle was prompt and professional. He actually called and said he could fit our appointment in earlier than expected, and if that was agreeable to my schedule. He was very thorough. I have 3 dogs and an 12 month old son, so our floors take a lot of abuse. Our carpets look (and smell) brand new! Highly, highly recommend.
