Signed up this season so just on the second treatment and grass is coming back to life without all the weeds. No issues or concerns yet as new to them and so far the experience has been good and love the notifications and app so I can make sure my gates and yard is ready when they arrive.

Everyone I have dealt with have been courteous, friendly, and customer-oriented. I misunderstood my service agreement and made a complaint that I wish to rescind. My salesman Scott and technician Jason were all professional. I apologize if I gave a different impression earlier

Eddie was very informative to where I understood every single word he said . He also recommended us watering our grass as frequent as we could. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Definitely a good employee .

Brenden was a nice young man. I let him know the gates were unlocked, dogs secure and yard cleared of any messes. He seemed to spot cover the fertilizer.

This is my first year using this service. To start out, my first treatment was a pre-emergent that was completed within a week of setting this up and detailed schedule. Eddie, was our specialist, came to our door prior and after treatment. I felt he was very professional and I believe it’s a good start to the service so far

Not impressed so far. Customer service is sub par and I am not impressed with the results yet. I realize that it may take a while to see good results, but I really don’t see any yet. I wish I had taken some close up pics before treatment to show the same clover and crabgrass in the same places it was originally. Feels like I’m throwing a lot of money away:(

I don’t know how any other people had experience with this company but my experience was very bad I had some brown spots and that’s was the reason why I called I thought they professional but unfortunately I made mistake to call them they make whole brown my yard I don’t know know how I can fix this thank you For the best job to kill my yard

Started Trugreen lawn care services in March 2026. We are near the end of May 2026 and I see weeds all over my lawn as current results. See attached pictures.

My technician today, Jack Murray, treated my yard. I pointed out that the last time TruGreen fertilized my yard I ended up with three burn areas we're too much fertilizers put down. I wasn't particularly upset they were small areas but still look bad. He took photos of the areas and got with his manager and they said that they would come back out to fix the areas. I thought this was awesome service and a company that stands behind its work. I will continue to use True Green in the future. Thank you very much.( the areas were very tiny but they're going to fix it)

Douglas from Tru-Green treated our lawn today. He did an excellent job of discussing the needs to keep our lawn healthy and did a thorough treatment of the entire yard.

I switched from Oasis to Tru Green - wasn’t happy with Oasis results. Eddie Parker was my technician today with Tru Green and he was very attentive - walked through my yard with me - discussed treatment plan moving forward. Crabgrass and other weeds - along with huge dead areas have taken over our yard this summer and I am confident after talking to Eddie my yard will spring back.
Eddie went over and above. ☺️

Bought services via high pressure sales and regret it. Yard never looked so bad. The completely missed area between sidewalk and street so it look especially terrible. Terrible weed coverage.

The Brandon Johnson was awesome! He took the time to go over my concerns and answered all and any questions I had. He is truly a great representative for your company!!!! Service was for Trushrub and bark protection and insect control. Again, he was wonderful!!!!!

Jordan is a great technician! He's Thorough, and detail oriented. Very careful avoiding overspray to flowers and perennial beds. Yard looks fantastic

Have used this company for years and am extremely satisfied . great communication when scheduling services and the completion of those services. Leaves suggestions for further care: as a result we have a beautiful lush lawn without the stress of doing what and when to my lawn, the company does it for me. Well worth it

TruGreen are truly professionals at what they do! My long time lawn care guy retired. He gave all of his clients names to a lawn care company called “advanced lawn care” not professional at all!!! I trusted Tony so I said sure I will go with them. Tony had my yard looking like a baseballs outfield or a football field!! lush green beautiful grass! Advanced lawn care came in and absolutely destroyed it! Some people say they did that intentionally so they could charge me more money. Not sure….I hate thinking about folks in that manner, but…for what TruGreen did for me in a matter of months is absolutely amazing! Advanced lawn care are actually really really bad and, that saying it very nicely! They took no control over the dying grass due to the extreme amount of weeds that were taking over my lawn. SOOOO GLAD I am a TruGreen client now!!

Glad someone actually showed up to do the job this time and it not be cancelled or rescheduled, like the last 10 times. I was surprised to see someone come out to our property after 3 months since our first service in May. The lawn tech was polite but gave no explanation for the lapse in services these past 3 months, though he did share he’s been out to our neighborhood for other residents. I’m hoping this is not a one off and that this company can redeem themselves with us. We’ve called customer service several times to complain and kept asking why (are we too far away? Are we not a priority because we can only pay per service? Etc) but was never given an adequate answer besides (I would be frustrated too, that technician will be banned from your property (which he wasn’t) or we ran out of product). We had high hopes for our yard this summer and I guess too high of hopes for this company. Only time will tell if they will be a reliable and effective company to work with.

It is about eight years that True green taking care of my lawn. I have green and nice lawn without any weed. They are giving good advice and their price is reasonable.

So far, we are only halfway into our package, and though we had a couple hiccups in the beginning, TruGreen really came through and was professional with helping me expedite resolve in a couple situations, and I have been very, very happy overall. I certainly would not advocate for a company and give them five stars if I didn’t genuinely believe they deserved it. I will absolutely continue to stick with TruGreen and refer them.

Service tech (Eddie) was very professional and courteous. Met me outside and explained what treatment he was there to apply and asked if I had any questions or concerns about my lawn.
Awesome application was performed. Great job.
