What a nightmare!!! I didn’t want to chemical garbage sprayed on my property at all, but my husband chose to order it anyways. We had a technician come out today and start spraying before talking to me to be informed of what I didn’t want sprayed. Several of my garden beds that are full of edible plants were all sprayed and it specifically says on the website that garden beds are not sprayed. I found this out by looking at our cameras after the technician left, but when at my house the tech lied to my face and said the garden beds were not sprayed. I walked around the property with the technician pointing out all the edible beds and areas I didn’t want sprayed. After the technician, left I saw on video where an additional bed I said not to spray, was sprayed anyways. I also have on video the technician running over a piece of garden art that was a Mother’s Day gift. I noticed the damage when walking our property with the technician but wasn’t sure at that time if trugreen did it or a delivery driver. I found out on video that it was trugreen and the technician walked right by it with me and didn’t say a thing or take responsibility. Apparently they won’t spray garden beds…. See videos below of all of the damage being done. The rep my husband signed up with said to call her number directly if we need anything. I left two voicemails and no response. Looks like we paid to for trugreen to come decimate our edible garden and garden art and then ignore calls.

Customer care is difficult to get ahold of. Technician was servicing another lawn while parking their truck and trailer illegally on our street AND blocking a driveway completely (not the driveway of the customer they were servicing). Did not bother to ask and just assumed that since there were trashcans back near their garage that they did not park in their driveway (it shouldn’t matter either way, don’t block someone’s driveway). Technician said he was new to the area (strange because you shouldn’t be blocking driveways in any part of town). If customer care contacts me I can let them know the address so they can identify the driver.

Poor lawn treatments. Poor customer service. Not all techs that came out were bad, but most were. Regularly only treated portion of what we were paying for. Sprayed bed along side of our house, killing all flowers. Treated lawn, but didn't use any signage. It was always something. Called to cancel, but they came out again for another treatment. Way too corporate to get any good, quality service. Go with Oasis instead!

True Green is better a most and fairly priced. Show concern fog our entire yard.

My lawn was sprayed by a technician and I am not a customer. I came home to a technician finishing his service on my yard, which reeked of chemicals. My organic garden and pollinator garden are damaged and brown and I am worried about the effects of the chemicals on the food I am eating. No one has taken Responsibility for this and no one has called me back, just put me on hold for over an hour. This company is terrible. And absolutely terrible for the environment. I have no idea what was sprayed on my yard, just that all of my clover is dead, the pollinators are gone and there is a sign in my yard warning children and animals to stay off the grass because it’s dangerous. Thanks, TrueGreen.

Tim did a thorough job spraying the entire yard. He explained everything to me prior to spraying. Our lawn is looking green and thick this spring!

I have been with true green for years. The last two years I haven’t been as happy with my service. When I’ve complained they have given me a retreat but when I complained about weeds instead of spraying for weeds they fertilized again. I spoke with true green again today because they were charging me for my free retreat. My first treatment was 4/6 but I was billed on 3/30. Don’t understand why I would be billed before I had treatment. I was told it was an honest mistake for the second billing. I think they need to get their office employees some training.

Amazing Workers. They thoroughly take their time to Spray your yard. We were having problems with Mole Rats, all types of wild flowers. The first time they came out to Service our yard. We could tell the difference. Thank you TruGreen.

Trejo Tree Trimming & removal did a fantastic job on my yard today. Dead shrubs removal and trimming shrubs and my large oak tree. Mulching and just a great cleanup of my front yard. Looks fantastic m. Juan’s crew were polite and professional and valued our input. They exceeded our expectations.
The mulch that was used is beautiful! I will call Trejo for maintenance.

Juan and his crew did a great job trimming back a couple of tall trees on my property. Juan communicated well and his crew showed up on time and worked swiftly to trim the trees and clean every last bit up. I will be calling on them again.

Trejo’s is a very professional company that does great work. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. In our most recent job, my wife and I did not adequately communicate what we expected. Although the fault was our own, Trejo came back out, free of charge, to fix the error my wife and I created. They did not have to do so but they did anyway to ensure we were satisfied with their work. If you are looking for a company to perform tree or landscaping work, Trejo is the company for you. Their prices are more than fair, they do impeccable work, and they are committed to customer satisfaction.

Did a great job at clearing brush from my property. A mess of overgrown honey suckle and now I have a clean area to plant some nice shrubs. Workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

Juan and his team were great. Arrived on schedule, removed our tree and cleaned everything up. His team were very friendly and helpful. We have already discussed our next project.

Consider those trees trimmed. ;P
