Great group of electrician, we us them for home and work on the turnpike

I called to get information for an estimate. The woman receiving the call told me that they charge hourly rates and that they charge more than cost to bring materials,& asked if I had materials. I told her no so I was going to be charged extra for needed materials and for the travel time for a 20 minute drive from fremont to graytown. I then told her that I wanted to get an estimate 1st. She told me they don't do estimates they only come out 1 time and do the repairs and bill you..I reiterated that I was 1st looking to get an estimate and she then very abruptly said good luck and hung up on me. Umm, crazy..who isnt willing to give repair estimates

This is where to get the hard to find electrical parts u can't find at Lowe's or other contractor supply places. If u need a breaker for some odd service panel they will either have it in stock or get it for u usually within a few days.

Do they ever answer their business phone or return voicemails? I have called several times in the past 2 weeks... not a single phone call answered nor was my voicemail followed up on.
