Was referred to this company by a co-worker who informed me that this company does great work and he was correct! They were professional, and were able to come out in a couple of days to diagnose my AC issue. They came in a week later on time with a NEW AC unit and had in up in running in a few hours. Extremely happy with my service and that I have Cool air lol(Don’t take it for granted) would recommend it to all my friends and family .

Had issues with my AC unit, called Wise ( Great office response) due to the good online reviews, they were able to come out the next day(July 2). Steve came out and explained all details, fixed unit and and we had cold air. I noticed the out side unit was not working, no cold air blowing, this was July 5th, (hottest day of year) I called Wise and they were able to to come out on Saturday July 6th (Holiday Weekend) Steve fully explained the issue, fixed it, plenty of cold air now. I believe Wise is very honest, knowledgeable, and a great value.

Very responsive. Came out next day (Saturday) no extra charge. Found problem in minutes (bad capacitor). This was during our 90+ degree days in early July. Tech didn't have the exact cap on the truck but provided one close enough in value to get my system running. Came back 2 days later and installed correct cap in system... I didn't even need to be there for that. Cost of service was reasonable.
Tech was clean, friendly, efficient and honest. People on the phone are extremely friendly and helpful as well. I had used them in the past and will continue to do so if necessary.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Wise Heating & Cooling. Everyone I dealt with was nothing but professional. I had quotes from 3 other companies and a service call from another company. Bob came on the service call and laid out for me while he was there exactly what i would need with a couple of options.

Alex and 3 others were the install crew. They were very neat, put covers on their shoes and rolled out a long drop cloth to protect my floor in the entry way. They went right to work and seemed to have a system as to who did what. I am very happy with my new heat pump.

Everything was done very professionally.

We have used Wise for the last 6 years. They have always been professional and honest. When other companies gave us outrageous quotes for an emergency furnace issue, Wise came in and quickly fixed the problem with minimal cost. We wouldn't trust anyone else!

The woman who schedules the service calls is very sweet and helpful. They got me in quick and fixed my problem. They were professional, and the service tech put up with my very curious dog always getting in his way. I would definitely recommend Wise and will use them in the future.

Wise Heating and Cooling LLC really helped our family. We realized at 4:30 on a Friday that our furnace was not working and it was supposed to be 17 degrees that night. Knowing how hard it would be to find someone on a Friday after hours without being charged $300/hr would be impossible, I called Wise from a recommendation by my sister in law and they actually called me even though it was after hours on a Friday and Steve was AWESOME! He was in our area and at our home within 15 minutes. The fix was super quick and Steve also double checked that the furnace was in otherwise good working order. And, the after hours cost was SUPER affordable. Please call Wise!

I recommend Wise Heating & Cooling for any furnace or air conditioning repair. I had a 5 star experience with Wise H&C on my A C.3 other contractors told me my unit could not be repaired that it would have to be replaced. Wise H & C repaired my unit for far less than a new unit would cost. Tech Steve is one of best & honest in His profession.

Our A/C was not cooling our house, which is only 5 years old. Could not get an appt for more than 2 weeks at our previous a/c company. Called Wise and was offered next day appt. Jesse came out and immediately figured out the problem and fixed it within minutes. Very reasonable price for labor and part. Staff were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use them for any future needs.

I was referred to Wise by a friend in the business. We appreciated their ability to quickly replace our failing furnace. It's really great to be warm. They were prompt, neat and professional. I would highly recommend them!!!

Working with Wise Heating was very easy and friendly. My call was for no heat and they were able to get a service rep out quickly the same day. The rep was professional and efficient- diagnosing the problem quickly and returning with the correct part within an hour. Everything was explained clearly and the up front quote is what I paid. My heat was fixed that afternoon along with several other routine maintenance inspections. This is my second service call with this company and I highly recommend them.

Very happy with Wise heating and cooling. We have a service agreement with them and after researching I found them to be the best price at $189 year for two checkups. One in the fall for the furnace and one in the spring for cooling. Everyone I talked to when choosing this company and having had two checkups so far have been very nice and informative. Tech Steve B. has been our service tech for the two visits and he has been cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will try and request Steve for all of the checkups if possible. Update 05/24/20. Well, as I posted above I thought I was paying a fair price for our maintenance agreement with Wise. But after just one year of paying $189/yr for two checkups they raised it to a whopping $300/yr! I don’t know why they think it’s now worth a $111/yr increase. We don’t so I promptly cancelled it. Bummer....

Wise has been excellent. I love to support local companies, and this one is terrific. All the techs that have been to our home have been courteous and professional, explained the issues to us and how they were going to remedy it. Susan who does their scheduling is always pleasant and helpful. Renovating a home we've dealt with a lot of different companies and contractors, and I wish they were all run with the integrity that Wise is.

We called Wise for a winter checkup on our heat pump, the tech, Steve, arrived on-time and didn’t mind being asked questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. He found some error lights and a couple frayed wires as well as a thermostat programming issue. The tech thoroughly explained all the issues he found and fixed them quickly. Will call them again should we need additional services, as he was honest and didn’t try to upsell anything.

I hired these guys in the Spring to clean out my furnace intake since birds keep building nests in it. They did such a professional job I called them for a bid on a new furnace when ours came of age and was needing to be replaced. They quoted us on a really nice system (16 seer, 3.5 ton), for $4000 below one of their bigger company competitors had quoted.

Their guys came out in the morning a week after I signed the contract, and had everything professionally installed, working, new thermostat programed, etc by 4pm that day. The sheet work by Wise was simply some of the best I've ever seen. They went the extra mile and fixed some other minor issues that weren't even in scope. This company is the real deal,

Had to get a new A.C. last Friday. Shopping around stuck. But when I came across this company they made things much smoother and was very kind. They explain things to me and showed me different products that would work best for me and my family. I also finance through them and it was the best deal I have found. The guys who came out were , polite and very clean about about taking out my old A.C. and putting the new one in. The best company in and around my area. This company does an outstanding job on any heating or cooling service you might need.We have used them for over 10 years servicing our furnace and A/C unit including installing a MINI-SPLIT in our great room.The technician's are knowledgeable friendly and very careful keeping traffic clean while in the house.I HIGHLY recommend these folks for ANY of your heating or HVAC concerns !

Contacted Wise Heating & Cooling about our 20 year old air conditioner that stopped working during the 95 degree heat wave. The service tech promptly arrived and determined the problem part. He explained the pros/cons of a replacement part or installing a new unit, no pressure either way. The part is working great and we're cool & happy!

I want to especially Thank Alex for taking time after his last call on Friday - he came to diagnose the no signal on my AC. He was able to find a faulty switch and rewire it. Terrible workmanship.
Adam is very rude, very unprofessional screaming at me. All the issues created by Installers.

Installers did a terrible job. Cutting up the cold air return. Leaving holes and gaps where filter bracket connects to furnace and cold air ductwork. All the holes, gaps let dust blow out everywhere causing allergic reaction for me of swollen nasal passage, eyes, throat burning.

Alex admitted he neglected to check the installation. Installers never ran furnace to see if all ok. Blower speed was way to high for the size of ductwork per Alex so he had adjust.

Alex had to come back and fix the issues created by Installers.

The furnace filter bracket is still not sealed and letting air/dust come up on side of furnace and cold air return ductwork in the air.

I have a 2 yr warranty and Adam refuses to send someone back out to fix it.

According to the Bryant manual it is to be sealed.

Very unpleasant experience. I'm a Female Senior citizen and feel they took advantage of me.
