We hired Tyler to do a simple bathroom tile remodel. We did a simple square tile on the floor and traditional white subway tile for the shower. Tyler was not only unprofessional by constantly showing up late but also very unprofessional with fixing his mistakes. The tile work was not staggered correctly and took a whopping 2 weeks just for the shower (estimated 3 days for floor and shower). 2 days after the floor was laid the grout crumbled apart and tile broke. The bathroom had to be completely redone again. This time tyler blamed US for the floor. We had to wait 2 1/2 weeks till our only bathroom was attended to to ensure fixed again. This caused us to push our Plumber and granite company back 3 separate times. On the final attempt to fix ( shower twice and floor 3 times) the floor become more unlevel and the shower still not placed properly. Our bathroom was suppose to be finished before June and here we are almost July and our bathroom is still ripped to pieces. Tyler constantly was late and had to leave the job before finishing. The communication was poor and for any issues brought to his attention it seemed to lead to an argument. Please save yourself the stress and find someone else. We have photos and screenshots to document all of our claims stated above.

Tyler was paid a deposit upfront and the remaining balance in full. We have our agreement and bank statements to show.
