Reviews of local pros in Galloway, Ohio

They have done a fantastic job. They worked in the snow one day and made sure the window was water tight for a big rain storm another. They have been a pleasure to work with. They added 3 windows to my home all of which are wonderful.

Great company! They were prompt, professional and timely in their work. They did a great job and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Jackson Egress Windows. The process was quick and affordable and we are really happy with how it turned out.

Communication during the sales process and before/during/after installation was exceptional. Installers were very professional, polite, conscientious, and helpful. The window adds tremendous light to the basement. Well worth the investment!

If you want a qualified business these are the right people to hire. They installed my egress window and it is beautiful. They put plywood down to protect my lawn. Their workmanship and customer service is exceptional.

Egress window installed in 2016—and just had them come back for another job. High-quality work, extremely responsive, and fair pricing. They care about their customers and their employees. Any defect with the installation of an egress window can cause water intrusion and significant damage; I would not trust any other contractor with this.

Quality and craftsmanship was spot on. 4 guys were here and they were done in just a few hours. Cleaned up after themselves very well and didn’t kill any grass. Window quality is great and couldn’t have gone any smoother. We had it permitted and on inspection the next day the inspector had no worries.

My experience with Jackson started in 2020 when we kicked of a basement refinishing project. Life got in the way of that project twice, but John picked the conversation up right where we left off each time. This year we were finally ready to get it done, they had the estimate and details still from a year ago, I didn't have to repeat any steps. Unbelievably, they were able to get me on the schedule within a week of signing the quote.

The crew showed up on time in the morning, were friendly and polite, took steps to protect my home and minimize their impact. And the biggest kicker of all, they were done before lunch time. Great work. If you're shopping for an egress window install, don't check anywhere else, just set it up with these folks. You won't be disappointed.

So happy we chose Jackson Egress Windows for our recent basement egress window install. From the start of just reaching out for a quote I felt I was receiving extremely quick responses and was happy to book with them on that reason alone. The install itself was finished in just one day and the whole crew was very friendly and professional. You could barely even tell they were there too (aside of course from the awesome new window) because they did an excellent clean up job! I love our new egress window and will use this company again and recommend to others.

We had a great experience having Jackson Egress Windows install two egress window in our basement. They were responsive from the beginning and went back and forth with me helping to find just the right spots for the windows. When our installation times rolled around, they were punctual. The team was friendly and courteous, and it was clear they are skilled and take pride in their work. Evidently the same crew works together all the time, which I think goes a long way. I am so impressed at how neat they left everything. They wore shoe covers in the house, tented with plastic and covered the floor in the basement, and outdoors they cleaned up well. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and now we have two beautiful windows to enjoy!

We should have done this years ago ! Added peace of mind for an emergency exit, added living space, added a bunch of light and ventilation when we want. Jackson Egress was easy to work with. Very professional. I expected dust everywhere. Had none ! The outside looks like they were never here except for the beautiful egress window. I would highly recommend Jackson Egress Windows. Well worth the money.

Would definitely recommend! They did a great job and were easy to work with! Crew was awesome and very respectful! Would for sure go with them again if I needed another egress window!

Just got a new egress window installed. The contractors were on time, very polite and professional, completed the work quickly, and with amazing results. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The install of our egress window by Jackson Egress Windows was great. When I asked for a quote, Jon was really helpful. He asked about my home and requested pictures. Then gave me details specific to the pictures I sent. Which was nice, he was using what I gave him and making decisions for the quote based on the needs of the project. From time of the quote until it was installed, Jon was very quick and consistent to respond by email. Small questions that popped up and scheduling was straight forward because we had great communication.

The day of the install, his crew arrived on time. They were polite and friendly. They answered my questions and weren't rushed about it. They tarped the inside of the house and used shoe covers. There was no mess. The window looks really good. Really well installed. It all looks neat and clean. We actually had a pretty good rain after it was installed and no issues.

Overall, just a good honest company that showed up and executed. That was much appreciated.

I could not be happier with my decision to have Jackson Egress Windows do our install. The crew was on time, friendly, polite, fast to reply to communications and did efficient work (done in around 4-5 hours). They hand dig and thank goodness they do because they unexpectedly encountered underground power lines which needed to be moved. If they had been using a machine who knows what would have happened. We knew we would have to move a aftermarket gas line and Jonathan already knew who to call to help get that reconnected as well. True professionals.

Jackson Egress came out today and absolutely delivered 👌 they showed up on time and came with everything they needed to give us exactly what we asked for at a reasonable price and the job was done same day just as they said it would be! Worth every penny we couldn't be happier with the work they provided. Very impressed we will definitely be recommending them !

The crew was great! Professional, friendly, and efficient. Phenomenal job keeping the outside and inside work area clean. New window looks great. Would defiantly recommend!

Jackson Egress did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. And the whole thing only took a few hours. Very satisfied

Jackson Egress Windows did a fantastic job installing our egress window! We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of installation, the products, and the overall experience. Hands down the best egress window company in Ohio!

OUTSTANDING!!! Arrived early today and wasted no time to prep and proceed with digging, cutting, removing and installing an attractive Egress Window in our basement. The four man crew worked in unison and finished the installation an hour early. Furthermore, the area inside and out was thoroughly cleaned. I will definitely hire Jackson Egress Windows again.

Very happy with these guys. Awesome communication, straightforward with pricing, fast, efficient and professional. Got it all done in one day, no mess. I highly recommend them. 1st step in finishing our basement.
