Reviews of local pros in Galloway, Ohio

I was able to locate Santana Tree Service on Nextdoor. Look at reviews and ratings. I contacted Santana Tree Service, and they called back in a very short time to schedule an appointment to assess the work and give a quote. The quote was acceptable, and they were able to perform the job within a couple days. I was concerned about safety. They provided insurance papers. They arrived with hard hats, safety gear, all the tools and equipment. The work was done very professional, clean up was great. I am really impressed with this company's work and how they treated me as a customer. I would highly recommend Santana Tree Service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They gave a very reasonable price, great communication and they work FAST! They had 3 very large trees down in 2.5 hours. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned up after the job! We will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

Outstanding service and responsiveness! After being stood up by 2 local companies (Brewer, Reyes) Santana came out that day to estimate and removed next day. Great team I was happy to contract with. Highly recommend!

Quick response time for communication, estimate and service. Fair price and did a quick efficient wonderful job. Just what I wanted done.

Extremely prompt with coming out to do an estimate and also the labor! They cleaned up after themselves and were very affordable too! Would definitely hire them again!

Skilled Professionals! On time for quote and on time for the service. I was quoted on Friday evening and it was removed early on Monday morning. My dying tree that was very close to the house was starting to buckle. They were so careful not to damage anything. Price I felt was very reasonable considering the possible liability. Very respectful and courteous!

Santana Tree service was fantastic! Called them on Tuesday. Came out the same day for the estimate. Showed up for the removal today at the scheduled time and they had the tree down, stump ground and everything cleaned up within an hour. I highly recommend this company!!!

Came out to give an estimate on a Tuesday, great estimate, sent a message we would like to proceed on Wednesday and they came out same day, did an excellent job cutting back 2 trees I was worried could fall on house if storms get bad enough. Cleaned up amazingly. Going to recommend to all my neighbors and friends that need tree service, so glad I asked my roofer for a recommendation now I can see why he did not hesitate.

Santana tree service did an amazing job cutting down a large tree in our yard today. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were extremely professional from start to finish. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care to ensure everything was done safely and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we really appreciated the personal touch that comes from a family-owned business. Highly recommend!

Santana Jr. crew helped to remove a number of dead branches and limbs in our large oak. They did a fantastic job, were professional, and even left the place looking better than when they showed up.

We priced several services and their quote was very reasonable. Loved the work and will definitely use them again for future needs.

It took a few weeks to talk, but when I did they worked very well & clean work & fast and made me happy. They are very professional and kind. I will know by next spring better. This was more expensive than I thought.

Good crew. Showed up early and got to work. Cut down two large blue spruces and ground the stumps. Will definitely use again in the future if need be. I have two more blue spruces that doesn’t show any needle cast disease but likely will develop.

We had part of a tree come down after a storm. They were able to come out the same day I called for an estimate and just two days later, they returned to cut down the remaining tree and grind the stump. They worked quickly and professionally! I would definitely recommend this company!

Called them and within 24 hours my tree was gone. Great cleanup and service. Highly recommended

Excellent service at affordable price. I could not be happier with the work they did. Fast and friendly. Would hire again and recommend them to friends.

Wow! I highly recommend Santana Jr Tree Service! An old, dead tree fell in our back yard. I called them and within an hour, someone came to take a look at the project and we received an estimate. This was great value! We scheduled for the removal two days later. The crew showed up on time and got to work. It took them less than an hour to remove the giant tree, clean up our back yard, repair the grass, and remove all the poison ivy. It looks like a tree never even fell! They even did us a HUGE favor and filled in a hole that a small animal made. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have had work done from this company several times , over the past five years they have done stumps tree removal tree trimming bush removal/trimming even planted a small tree for me that I bought , after they removed another tree and grinded the stump. They always Clean everything up and leave it spot less, amazing work! I love how they provide you with insurance without having to ask it’s already printed in the back of the estimates. They have many years of experience about 15+ , I will always trust them they have never left anything damaged or not done well. I appreciate them a lot , always on time , fair prices for great work never failed to impress me. Also very kind people they work very fast and have tons of equipment when it comes to estimates they make sure to get a well understanding on what you’d like and are very specific on what they’ll do. There can never really be a misunderstanding he will explain how many feet/inches he’ll take off certain places. They message back quickly and even give you an estimate on the same day you contact them I really recommend Santana Jr tree service indeed best company in columbus !! Other company’s will charge you way more for bare minimum work but this company makes sure you get what you asked for. Estimates are free , they are certified and have their license will give you a copy or receipts of anything you ask for.

They are amazing. From asking a quote to getting things done (tree removal), only 4 days. Very efficient, good quality, and affordable price.

They provided the best quote and was able to remove our tree successfully despite the fencing and utility lines. They were in and out in about an hour. I can't give them enough stars. Professional and on time. We'd suggest and use again but we only have so many trees on our property. 😂 Great job guys!👍🏿

We had a stump in our front yard grinded and Santana Jr Tree Service came and did a phenomenal job! Within an hour, the stump was gone. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend this group!

This was the second time we’ve used Santana Jr. Tree Service and both times they were very professional and did a great job with the tree removal, tree trimming ,stump grinding and clean up. I’m using them again on another property I own soon. I definitely recommend them for any tree service you need.
