    Jesse is awesome. Very friendly and professional. I called because we thought we may have a blockage in the leachfield, we had just purchased a home and never had septic before. He came out and flagged where our leachfield was, which was great because we had no idea. We ended up not having a blockage but he did give us some recommendations on what we could do to help our situation and was even able to give me a rough estimate of how much it would cost if we decided to make the improvements. He even took the time to go over some septic do's and don't's.

    I would like to communicate my positive experience with Chuck’s Septic Tank, Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc. After having water backed up in my basement several times and calling numerous other plumbers, no one could seem to locate the problem. The City of Columbus came out twice, as well, but they could not find anything wrong. Every time we had substantial rains, the water would back up into my basement. Finally, I called Chuck’s Septic Tank, Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc., and they found the problem right away. They found the lines were never connected at the street, which was causing the water to back up into my basement. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and fair. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
