We chose Bartels to install a complete system as they were recommended by our friends and neighbors. Matt did a great job explaining our options, took measurements, and sized the equipment according to his calculations. Others were only matching the equipment to what I had. The installers overcame some challenging obstacles during the installation of our equipment. We are pleased with the workmanship and professionalism that Bartels provides.

Matt came to my house on time. He was there to do maintenance on my furnace. Bartels offers a great service plan that includes maintenance on the ac in the spring and the furnace in the fall. Matt was thorough with the maintenance and informative. We also talked about how old my furnace and ac are and that it will need to be replaced eventually. He didn't try to use any scare tactics or push me into a decision. He simply gave me the facts so I would know what to expect. This is the second time I have dealt with Bartels and I will continue to use their service.

When I make an appointment with Bartels, I know my equipment will be in good hands. I've never been disappointed!

Used Bartels for first time today. What great service! The two service people with friendly and very professional. They had my furnace fixed quickly and didn't leave until they checked to be sure it ran smoothly! Highly recommend this company!

Whether it's Matt or Steve, the two of them are very professional and courteous.. They both do outstanding work every time they service our air conditioner or furnace. I trust them and never have second thoughts about having them in my home.

When I call the office, the receptionist is always clear and friendly on the phone. I know that I will receive prompt and friendly service.

Also, I never have to clean up after the work is done.

Great regular maintenance twice yearly service call. Service person responded in the appropriate time window and called to say he was on his way. Very respectful of my home and equipment. Answered all my questions and asked if I had any further questions before he left at the end of the service call. I highly recommend Bartels Heating & Cooling for your heating and cooling needs.

The installers of my new AC unit were professional and highly skilled. Don and Gary are true craftsmen. Cleanest installation work I’ve ever seen! They take pride in what they do and it shows. Ryan stopped by twice during the install and the owner also stopped in at the end of the day to meet me and checkout this single day installation. We recently had a new furnace/air conditioning unit istalled by Bartels. Could not ask for better customer service at all levels from knowlegeable office staff to salesman , to installers. Very professional.

My first comments were based off the amazing sales by Matt. This addition follows up to indicate that the team that put in my new HVAC system. Barthels almost takes you back in time with how professional their staff is and the quality of work that they do. They use top quality products and do not cut corners. They do the job right!! Our Service Man was on time and professional. He went to work immediately and completed the maintenance on our oil furnace in a short time. He was friendly and courteous. A technician was sent out same exact day that I called and was less than an hour later when technician arrived at my house which was surprisingly quick! He was super kind and nice, respectful, answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable to ask any type question I had, professional, and I would highly recommend without a doubt for the same technician to come out to my house again if I was to need to call Bartel's again for anything else!
