We chose Bartels to install a complete system as they were recommended by our friends and neighbors. Matt did a great job explaining our options, took measurements, and sized the equipment according to his calculations. Others were only matching the equipment to what I had. The installers overcame some challenging obstacles during the installation of our equipment. We are pleased with the workmanship and professionalism that Bartels provides.

Matt came to my house on time. He was there to do maintenance on my furnace. Bartels offers a great service plan that includes maintenance on the ac in the spring and the furnace in the fall. Matt was thorough with the maintenance and informative. We also talked about how old my furnace and ac are and that it will need to be replaced eventually. He didn't try to use any scare tactics or push me into a decision. He simply gave me the facts so I would know what to expect. This is the second time I have dealt with Bartels and I will continue to use their service.
