I have been using Miami Heating and Cooling for about 5 years I believe. They have always been reliable and extremely trustworthy. Most recently I had an issue with my AC blowing warm air as a result low refrigerant and a freeze up. Your technician Chris came out the next morning, checked the system and added refrigerant.....I realize any HVAC company can do this but Miami has never tried to sell me anything I did not need, has been honest on repairs and any suggested improvements and I have learned they are a bit better price wise when it comes to service and repair than their competitors.
I appreciate the quality of their work and your integrity.

Had a house fire 2 years ago and the restoration company cleaned our furnace. Went to use it and it wouldn't work. They sent their people out to look at it and they couldn't figure out the problem but was able to get the furnace working by leaving the front cover off. Fast forward to now and furnace stopped working again. Miami Heating and Cooling came out figured out the problem and was able to put the cover back on. Pretty sure the restoration company damaged the sensor switch and over time it got worse. Their HVAC people couldn't figure it out, but MHaC did and we now have a working furnace that no longer has it's guts exposed. Great job Miami Heating and Cooling! I will highly recommend you to everyone.

I just wanted to thank Brandy and Chris for their exceptional customer service that they provided to me yesterday. I called at 4:15pm to tell them that my furnace was not working. When I spoke to Brandy she was very focused on providing the best care for my situation and responded immediately. Within 30 minutes Chris showed up at my home and had the furnace repaired by 6pm. Throughout the entire process Chris was the consummate professional and kept me updated on the issues at hand.
I really do appreciate all that they did to help me out and situations like this are the reason I continue to use Miami Heating and Cooling and recommend you to my family and friends.
