This company is amazing the high level of service they provide for all your appliances is unmatched in their field of expertise and if you need a high-end Appliance for your customized kitchen I would highly recommend you turn to PATE Appliance they have generations of institutional knowledge built into every repair and new installation.

Pate came out on Aug 4 to repair our dishwasher. The guy told us it was a heating element issue and that they would order the part. They charged us $90 and two and a half months later, they still haven't been able to get the part, but they refuse to refund us. So we have to order a new dishwasher anyway and just wasted the $90 and several months of waiting and making do without a dishwasher. If you'd like to pay to have your appliance problems diagnosed but not fixed, call Pate. If not, take your business elsewhere. We certainly will be doing that henceforth and advising all our friends to do the same.

I searched with the other companies I had used but none would do the seals or gaskets on my 30+ year old Hotpoint refrig. which is still working well, but Pate would and Michael did an excellent job to seal it and took his time, explained what needed to be done and did just that, Michael checked back to make sure the seals set. ALL air leaks stopped and refrig is working without the constant turning on to keep the temperature correct..

Pate is awesome. We had a new refrigerator that was defective. Whirlpool had done 6 repairs on it and still couldn't get it fixed. Pate came out and within 5 minutes new exactly what the issue was. They are the only place I trust for appliance repair.

Everyone I talked to from Pate--on the phone and in person--was friendly and helpful. They came out to fix my old dryer and got it working in no time at all. The tech was willing to explain everything he was doing and why. Great, easy, affordable repair experience. I highly recommend!

I had scheduled an appointment with Jake to fix my dishwasher. I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment. To which he commented that I didn’t seem to be in a hurry. I told him it would be fine. Appointment between 10 and 2. At 2:30 I called. I was then told my appointment had been pushed to between 12 and 4. He said, Sorry you weren’t notified. I informed him that I work nights and I needed to sleep. He called the technician to see when he would arrive. I waited on hold and then was informed that the technician was still coming but he didn’t have the parts to fix the dishwasher. I told him to forget it. I’d waited 2 weeks, my appointment time changed without notification, technician still coming without the part. Now I read that I wasn’t even in your system! Still ticked off!

Wow! My fridge has been out for several weeks and when I came in to purchase a fridge, Pate Appliance was able to give me a great deal and same day delivery! Customer service was wonderful and very accommodating. Thank you personally to Tom and Adam for great business! I highly recommend Pate appliance for any appliance needs! They are a family owned business and should be supported as they offer great business 🤗

Great service! Repairman, Tom, called 10 minutes before arrival giving me time to leave work and meet him at my house. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and because Pate keeps good records on their customers, he found that the problem part was still under warranty. Therefore the new part was free - I paid only for the service. Super friendly, affordable, and reliable😀

This is our 2nd time using this company to repair two separate dryers. Both times were great. Today, their technician Adam came out to repair our dryer and he was able to diagnose and solve the problem in under a half hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had right away. Just amazing customer service overall! I have 0 complaints.

First off we called and a tech came out and said the part was not in stock and needed to be ordered. He also told us it might take a couple of weeks. Four weeks later we call to find out what the hold up was. Apparently we had fallen through the cracks, (though that is not what they said) and now our tech was on vaca so we had to wait another week. A new service appt. was scheduled and our original tech came out. Upon getting into the problem of our refrigerator he decided the part wasn't needed after all and he zipped tied a tube away from a sensor and that was to fix the problem. (Remember this is after waiting 4-5 weeks for the part, now not needed) The tech charges us only for labor, $100. The next day the refrigerator was having the same issue as before. The next day we get a bill stating they are awaiting payment on the part that we didn't use. I call Monday, Will says they'll be out Tuesday between 1 and 5 and apologizes for the bill. Tuesday we stay home and wait; no one comes, no one calls. Wednesday comes and goes, no one comes, no one calls. Today, Thursday I call and talk to the girl who answers incoming calls. She confirms I was on the schedule for Tuesday..... I am currently waiting for a return call. Not a happy customer here and not a way to run a business.

I was contacted by Tom and he explained the mix up over the billing. He was very polite and said he was refunding our $100. I told him it was not necessary but he insisted. He had tried to contact us on Tuesday but for whatever the reason his call did not come through. I appreciate his return call and his friendly manner. I moved too quickly in leaving a negative review that cannot be taken back and for that I am sorry. Issue resolved.

Once again Pates saved me hundreds of dollars by fixing a stove (oven) that I was sure could not be fixed. Previously they saved my clothes dryer. I love them! And they are so dang nice.

Can't beat their service. Was there Saturday to get a replacement heating element for our Maytag dryer and he fixed me right up! Matched our old one with a in stock element and saved us a lot of time and money. Highly recommend them for any appliance repair parts. Was good to get good old time quality service. Seeing the prices of stoves now a days, I thought I would try to see if my stove could be repaired. Tom Pate came and not only did I learn a few things, he is extremely knowledgeable about a lot! I was having issues with my dryer not drying any of my clothes, Tom came out and was able to get it fixed and got the older parts switched out in no time! I’ll be recommending him to my friends and family!

I had called to have my ice maker looked at. Josh came out and replaced it. Everything working as it should. I must say Josh is an outstanding employee. Highly personable and a pleasure to deal with !

So far so good. Made appointment to have dryer looked at. Lady who answered the phone was very nice. Serviceman Josh came and told me what to expect as far as cost of repair upfront. Didn't have the part as my dryer was an odd one but he assured me that he would put a rush on ordering part and make sure to repair as soon as it comes in. Cost was very fair and service was quick. I bought a new washer/dryer set from Pate, excellent customer service, great deal. When the appliance was delivered, two very professional men showed up, brought the set in with no problem, then walked me through in detail every setting on both machines.
