Paid 60 bucks for an overpriced estimate. This business is not Herman electric they are Bryant electric. Went with Morris electric and paid 1000 less than Herman/Bryant estimate. No thanks Chuck

Keep your distance when on the road with these work trucks! Stop signs do not apply to these guys and cutting people off is the norm. Wouldn’t want any of these people in my home.

Seems like Bryant doesn't have the same service as Herman. I just called "Bryant" to have an electrician come in and inspect and estimate the electric (a LOT to be done) in an old home I'm buying and got a condescending man who when I asked if they worked on 100+ year-old homes with complex needs, said "ma'am, we were work on many homes". And then told me he couldn't make an appt until I owned the home. Really?

We had a power issue at our home with partial power in certain rooms and no power with large appliances. We called Mr. Electric and they sent out Nicholas and he diagnosed the problem and gave us some options. We now have full power and we are a happy couple again. Thank you Nicholas, you are much appreciated.

James Smith did an absolutely outstanding job installing some floodlights for me. I initially found them through thumbtack and the booking process was a very seamless.

James arrived, I explained to him my vision and he made it happen. We ran into a small issue that was rectified after he did some troubleshooting. 10/10 I highly recommend. I will continue using them for all my future services!

Greg was amazing at communication along with being very friendly and helpful. Nick did an amazing job on our project. He was very professional and was willing to answer any questions. I have another project coming up soon and I am without a doubt going with Mr. Electric again.

Zack and Ben did a great job installing our whole house surge protection system! They were on time and very friendly and capable electricians.

James did a super job. He went above and beyond to replace the outlet for my oven. Also, he changed difficult to reach light bulbs in my stairwell and upgraded the light switch. Finally, Greg efforts to find time to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment on a busy holiday weekend. I appreciate both of them and the work they did. More importantly, I felt like they treated me as if I were part of their family.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric - Cincinnati West. The owner, Greg, reached out quickly when I inquired and got us on the schedule the very next day. Nick came to our home and fixed the issue, no problem. He was super friendly and cleaned up well when the job was finished. We will definitely use Greg and Nick for any work in the future!

My experience was great! James Smith was my technician and he was very fast & knowledgeable. They were also very accommodating with my work schedule. Outlet works great now and we plan on calling them again soon to fix a fixture in our bedroom

We had James Smith out to the house to add an outdoor exhaust for our bathroom fan that just dumped into the attic. He was extremely knowledgeable about building code. He also knew the best way to fix our issue. He is very good at attention to detail and I was happy with the outcome.

Arrived, viewed work area, discussed installation and got to work, quick and efficient. Very professional, The whole system inspection was quite good and enlightening. Will use them again if electrical work needed.

These guys are super friendly and came as fast as humanly possible. The job was tough with a one hundred year old system but they got it done in good time.
