I had a great experience with Mr. Electric of Cincinnati West. They helped me with a wiring issue in my house, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Ryan, the technician, arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly explained what was going on before starting working. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it safely, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

Zach and the crew at Mr. Electric did a fantastic job updating every aspect of the electrical system in my 100 year old house. They were also able to add some wish-list items to make our lives a little easier and more comfortable. They worked around our family’s schedule, and Zach did an amazing job communicating with me throughout the project to keep me posted on updates and timelines. I had an urgent electrical (fuse box) need on a holiday weekend. Scott & Greg worked more than 8 hours/day over a 2-day period to assure my personal safety & that of my home's. Scott was timely, demonstrated follow through, consulted with a team (including Greg & an inspector) & empowered me by thoroughly answering my questions & providing education.

Amazing experience: we scheduled a time, Scott called en-route, arrived on time, listened carefully to the issues, diagnosed the (tricky) cause of the problem, conferred just right on the new line, and executed it all perfectly.

Oh, and did I say personable? He spotted the accordion a friend just loaned, and then we geeked out about music. No rush, just good human connection. I'd hang out with him any time.

He kept updated communication throughout the day into evening and even went above and beyond to look at additional projects on the property that needed attention. Bedroom light not working. Scott and Isaiah also track down outlets that had faulty ground wiring. They traced it back to a GFI outlet at the ground wire and neutral wire had come undone because they were backstabbed hook up. did a great job

My house has aluminum wiring and Scott safely installed 4 can lights and a ceiling fan. He cleaned it all up afterward and it looks great! And I dont think he ever stopped smiling! Will use them again.

I recently had Colin and Isaiah out to my house to fix a wiring issue with my doorbell. Both of them were very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They were able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly and even offered to stay late and fix it (it was 5pm on a Friday). I asked if they could come back and they fit me in their schedule at a time that was convenient for me. They came back and quickly fixed the problem. You can tell they love what they do. I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks again!

I recently had Colin and Scott from Mr. Electric install an outdoor light at my home, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing, made sure the placement was perfect, and completed the installation with great attention to detail.

I needed to have electric ran to the outside for multiple food trucks to be plugged in and also a sensor light. I called Greg at Mr Electric and he sent out Steve the very next day( thats a plus in my book) I told Steve what we needed to have done and he sat down with us and gave us options. He was very throughly and eager to answer any questions. He explained every step that would be happening. He started the work that same day and did an excellent job. He installed a sub panel and some sensor lights and etc. I will certainly recommended calling them for your electric work.
