Great service! My technician who came to fix my newly brought dryer was very knowledgeable and fast! He called prior to coming and was on time. He was respectful of my home and answered any questions I had. He provided service within his time he quoted me that it should take him which was awesome for me because I had a busy schedule. My dryer has been working perfect and I am a happy customer. I would refer this company to anyone who has trouble with appliances.

Had warranty work for our window ac units. We were provided a time range schedule. The day of, Adam called right at 45 minutes before arrival (as we were told he would) he showed up right on time, got the work done, and was off to the next appointment. Today’s visit was calm, friendly, and work completed.

Window AC Recall repair. Adam was the technician and he was great. Called prior to arriving, worked through a slight address issue and did a great job with the repair. Fast, professional. Would definitely call again if I have an appliance issue.

Adam from AAA came out to do a Midea window AC recall repair. He was fast efficient and friendly. He called before the the visit to update me on his ETA and was right on time. He also arrived with all the right tools. Highly recommend!

Michael came out and serviced our dishwasher that was still under warranty. He communicated well, was very friendly and most importantly - solved the problem!

I did not choose AAA because it was warranty work and Costco set it up thru the manufacturer (GE) and their network of repair shops. However, I'm very pleased with the service we got. Tech was a little later than the window I was given, but he called when he was on the way and fixed the issue with our washer within about 10 minutes (the installers had not leveled it properly). 10/10 would recommend!

Not only did Adam quickly diagnose and resolve our issue, but he also went above and beyond by giving us tips on how to improve our washing machine’s efficiency—like using the right amount of detergent (which is a money-saver in this economy!). In just 30 minutes, he completed the necessary work, thoroughly cleaned our machine, and left us with clear maintenance instructions.

What really stood out was his kindness. He engaged with our child and even brought a special treat for our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch.

This company came to fix our cafe stove, they were all friendly over the phone when I had questions and the guy who came and did the repair was fantastic. That’s the smoothest warranty issue I’ve had.

I just had them here to check out the dishwasher of my tenant after 3 tech coming out and two pump changes. It turned out to be a simple problem with the pipes not been installed properly. I am very happy with tje outcome
Update: a load was done after they left and the problem persisted. Tried contacting him and he has not responded

Adam was great. We needed to have our air conditioner maintenanced as part of a recall. He showed up when expected, was personable, professional, and had the repair done quickly. I would definitely use him again in the future!

Adam was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. He came out to service four recalled window units and had them fixed in no time. Not only was he super quick and efficient, but he took the time to explain what was wrong and exactly how he was gonna repair them. He even cleaned the filters while he was at it and left behind extra parts in case I ever needed to do a fix myself.

If I ever need an appliance repaired again I will definitely call Adam! Highly recommend!!

This was a warranty issue. They arrived on time and replaced the door on my microwave efficiently. One gentleman was in training. They were both personable and polite.

Warranty company sent them out. The tech ,Tim, from AAA TV and Appliance repair showed up on time and worked on our Samsung refrigerator that was freezing up. He installed a shepherd hook and hopefully it will fix the problem. I appreciate him coming out here , it’s hard to find someone to service things in our area. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him.
