Adam came to install our new dishwasher. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Not only does the dishwasher look perfectly installed and run as it should, he provided well-informed advice on how to keep it running at peak performance. We plan on having him return for some other services!

Adam and his team did such a nice job on our dryer!! So kind, and more thorough than anyone I’ve worked with. Took the time to explain things to me, answer my questions and let me take photos to show my husband. They came out until the issue was solved. Would highly recommend!

Top notch company. Great response, polite, professional and they know what they are doing. Explained so much about how the oven works and why the board that went out caused the issues we saw. Scheduled a date and time with warranty. Got a text from a non callable number with a different date and time that didn’t work. Rescheduled. Next day got another text with a different date and time. Texted back with no response. Texted again today (service day) and was told someone called off today and they needed to reschedule. So they just did it. Asked for a manager to call and for them to not send anyone to my home outside of our scheduled time and was told the were done arguing with me, that a manager would just tell me the same thing, and that they would see me later. I then called GE and scheduled another service provider and let AAA know not to come and that it was handled. I did get a call while on with GE which may have been them, but the opportunity had passed. Basically, if you want to be able to contact your service company outside of text, or don’t like to be treated poorly, avoid this company.

And I’m sure they will respond as they do to every negative review here, and we shall see how that goes.

Wow! Adam was not only quick and efficient in the repairing of our fridge, but prior to that was very easy to connect with, communicate with and schedule the repair. Typically speaking hiring a repair person in the past has been more of a headache than anything. That IS NOT the case here! His number is saved in my phone for myself and my trusted clients!

Adam and Tony were patient and thorough in targeting the issues for both appliance repairs. They are knowledgeable and efficient, but do not rush the job. They were available for questions and concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the service before wrapping up. They kept everything clean and even were conscientious of keeping the counters and other surfaces safe (put towels down for their tools on our new countertops) which is an extra level of taking care of the customer. Fully recommend and will call if any other appliance needs arise!

Paid 60 bucks for an overpriced estimate. This business is not Herman electric they are Bryant electric. Went with Morris electric and paid 1000 less than Herman/Bryant estimate. No thanks Chuck

Keep your distance when on the road with these work trucks! Stop signs do not apply to these guys and cutting people off is the norm. Wouldn’t want any of these people in my home.

Seems like Bryant doesn't have the same service as Herman. I just called "Bryant" to have an electrician come in and inspect and estimate the electric (a LOT to be done) in an old home I'm buying and got a condescending man who when I asked if they worked on 100+ year-old homes with complex needs, said "ma'am, we were work on many homes". And then told me he couldn't make an appt until I owned the home. Really?

We had a power issue at our home with partial power in certain rooms and no power with large appliances. We called Mr. Electric and they sent out Nicholas and he diagnosed the problem and gave us some options. We now have full power and we are a happy couple again. Thank you Nicholas, you are much appreciated.

James Smith did an absolutely outstanding job installing some floodlights for me. I initially found them through thumbtack and the booking process was a very seamless.

James arrived, I explained to him my vision and he made it happen. We ran into a small issue that was rectified after he did some troubleshooting. 10/10 I highly recommend. I will continue using them for all my future services!

Greg was amazing at communication along with being very friendly and helpful. Nick did an amazing job on our project. He was very professional and was willing to answer any questions. I have another project coming up soon and I am without a doubt going with Mr. Electric again.

Zack and Ben did a great job installing our whole house surge protection system! They were on time and very friendly and capable electricians.

James did a super job. He went above and beyond to replace the outlet for my oven. Also, he changed difficult to reach light bulbs in my stairwell and upgraded the light switch. Finally, Greg efforts to find time to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment on a busy holiday weekend. I appreciate both of them and the work they did. More importantly, I felt like they treated me as if I were part of their family.
