Rip off. Go elsewhere immediately. They came to look at the dishwasher. They refused on multiple occasions to provide us with an estimated cost of repair. They’re either too lazy or soft minded to complete a simple task. Not good people to have in your home.

The first service was a washing machine. called different services and they said 1week to 2weeks before they could come. All Pro was here the next day. Amazing in this world appliance repair. The next was my dryer. Came the next day. Was in and out in 30 minutes and I was back drying laundry. Do appreciate the quick service. Thank you

Refrigerator ATTEMPT to repair. Tried twice - cost $560 and they would not refund the money or come and get the part when the opportunity was offered since we would up purchasing a new refrigerator. The technician was pleasant but whomever answers the phone is the rudest customer "service" person I've ever dealt with in my 82 years. This transpired the week of Aug 22 and I'm still trying to get over the anger......this helped.

Our technician was on time and fixed our refrigerator. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the work and price. Definitely will recommend this business to friends and family!

Shout out to Morgan, who was on time, professional, upfront about what I was dealing with. Dumped the fridge but Morgan was back the next day, on time, professional and fixed the oven. Probably a tad pricey since I now know what the actual part cost, but for convenience, almost immediate service, and they deserve to get paid for work they do, they were spot-on and I would definitely use them again. Extremely pleased with the service. Technician was here within 24hrs for diagnostics and the appliance was fixed 48hrs later. Highly recommend as I will be using them again.

Chris came to elderly mother's house because her oven quit working ,he said she needed a new motherboard that he charged her 645.00 to fix and he broke the tabs on it so it's hanging she can't use it because the motherboard is not secured! He robbed my mom because I looked up the part it was 99.00 on line.she could of bought a new stove for what he charged her! He takes advantage of the elderly in my opinion.

These guys are great! I’ve had them fix a GE dryer and just recently, my GE oven. Fast, dependable and pricing is fair.

My oven stopped working and called AllPro for repair. They were quick to come out to service the oven. Paul was professional and honest about the potential repair needed. After weighing my options I chose to replace my 20 year old oven. Because of the honest professionalism I would call them again in the event I needed someone to service my appliance in the future.

Freezer sounded like a sewing machine and had large amount of ice in the bottom of the fridge. Morgan ..tech..said it needed a defrost thermostat costing 485.00 with labor. Price for the part online was 25.99. I agreed to the repair. Morgan returned in 48 hours with the part I guess and was out of the kitchen in minutes. Extremely fast to replace a part. And replace the cover with multiple screws.I plugged it back up and left for Fla the next am. Returned in 6 weeks ..fridge sounded like a sewing machine and large amount of ice in the bottom. Nothing changed..I was in the warranty window so I called. Morgan came back out with a huge attitude. He was very argumentive and would not allow me to speak. He kept insisting I should have called earlier. I explained I was out of town AND IT DID NOT MATTER I was in my warranty window. He said it needed another part...again it's doing the same thing as before. I am not sure there was a part put on in the beginning but I will give the benefit of doubt. It got very uncomfortable and his continually speaking over me and walking his eyes up as I ask to speak and continuallykept repeating i should have called earlier..I told him to leave. I would never use this company again. I have never had a repair person speak to me in such tone and disrespect. My fridge still is frozen as previously and its gotten louder. I understand parts and larbor..but 485.00 for a 25.00 part is unacceptable. Beware.

Chris did a great job helping us with our new dryers to make sure we knew why they weren't working, how to make sure you can verify what is going on, and was fast with his service and expertise! I couldn't recommend anyone more than this team! Thank you!

I recently opened a laundromat and have been utilizing All-Pro for all the fixes on our machines. They have been awesome to work with, easy to coordinate with, super responsive, and always informative. They are really knowledgeable and care about their customers.

Chris was very responsive and repaired our dryer on the first visit. His expertise was evident in his work and his interpersonal skills made him easy to work with. He saved me from having to buy a new dryer! I would definitely use All-Pro Appliance Repair again.

We were told by one repair company there was nothing they could do to make our built-in, sub-zero type refrigerator/freezer work again. They said we would be looking at spending $12,000.00 to be able to find something similar to what we have but it would not fit in our built-in space. Needless to say we were sick about this! We decided to call All-Pro Appliance Repair for a second opinion. Morgan came out and spent over an hour checking everything he could and told us Brian Blessing from his company could re-build the part we needed. He told us Brian was the best in the business. Brian came and reviewed what needed to be repaired. We gave him authority to do whatever he felt needed to be done. He said he would be back in a certain day and time, and sure enough he was right on time! So polite! So diligent with his work ethic! So understanding to our needs! We will never call another appliance repair company again unless it is All-Pro Appliance Repair! We can’t sing Brian’s praises enough! He has restored our belief in honest repair people!

All Pro saved me this summer by replacing my AC unit and my Gas Furnace. The knowledge of their tech was outstanding. Walked me through everything that was done and how to get a long life out of my new units. Anytime I have an appliance issue or need this is the only number I will call. I recommend All Pro to anyone who needs work on appliances or HVAC.

Believe the bad reviews. Almost all of what they said happened. Did not fix appliance, would not ake accountability, lied, and would only come back if I payed more for what I already payed for. Now I have payed, and still have a broken appliance. I absolutely would not recommend them. Absolutely no integrity. That said the lady that answers the phone is very pleasant, and patient.
