We recently had a problem with our dryer making a squealing noise. All-Pro Appliance Repair was able to quickly come out and help resolve the issue. Chris was on time and very knowledgeable. He had the problem with our dryer diagnosed and fixed in a short amount of time. We will definately use All-Pro again with any future appliance issues.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and quick. Chris made sure he had the right parts and fixed our oven quickly and efficiently. He is personable and respectful, and even made friends with our dog. We would highly recommend All-Pro!

I was told on the phone by Brian that the repair would be around $500. Today he tried to charge me $907.12 for 30 minutes of work. Installing a new panel on the washing machine. When I disagreed, he lowered it to $660.42. I call that a scam artist.

This company came to my home and did not listen to me . The technician came and charged 69 trouble shoot my washer and I had already done . I explained and the lock latch needed to be replaced based on the error code that appears on the control panel that lights up and works . He instead told us it was the circuit board( control panel ) that needed to be replaced and we needed to throw the washer away because they no longer make the control panel . The control panel works and shows a code that means the lock latch needs to be replaced . I spoke with the supervisor and he called me back to say that he believed the lies of the technician . They did not offer to help me . I told them I bought a genuine Maytag part which was the lock latch part and they said that I needed to pay 300 in labor for a part that cost 69 dollars . You can go to you tube and there is a tutorial to replace the part. You cannot trust them to really check the appliance and tell you the truth . They don’t listen or believe the customer . You can hear the knocking from the washer trying to lock and start washing but they don’t care . You cannot trust these people . They stole my money. Maytag has a very good website and their codes tell you everything that is wrong with their washers . I was not believed and I am out 69 dollars .

Brian got in here, repaired our GE dryer in less than thirty minutes . We're up and running. Chris was.a good customer service guy too. Company was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Refreshing!!! Repeat West Side Cincinnati Customer.

On the initial phone call asking for a technician to come out on a Thursday and take a look at our dishwasher, we were told there would be a $150 fee whether they could repair it, or not.

While we were hesitant, our technician, Kevin Royer, came out the next day and we were extremely satisfied with the end result.

Kevin was incredible.

He allowed me to ask several questions and he explained what he was looking for when he was trying to find the issue in the dishwasher.

Not only that, but he drove all the way out to Blue Ash to pick up a replacement part and returned the same day. Kevin was friendly and professional. I highly recommend requesting Kevin if you call All-Pro.

Carr Electric installed our HVAC system three years ago. We rely on them with our
semi-annual system maintenance plan. Paul and Preston performed a thorough furnace cleaning and inspection, insuring our comfort throughout the cold Winter months.
Mike came in the early Spring to test and clean our outdoor air conditioning system to cover our needs for cooling in hot, humid Cincinnati. The Technicians are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service of Carr Electric.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Bill and his crew did an awesome job installing a brand new heating and A/C unit to my super outdated one. I can't say enough about these guys they were AWESOME.

Greg & Parker are both very responsible technicians. They called to announce their arrival time. They were timely and thorough in their inspection of both the indoor and outdoor units. They both were very respectful of our property wearing foot covers when coming through the house and making sure gates were closed and locked when coming through the backyard. We have utilized Carr Electric for our preventative maintenance for the past 11 years and have been very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff with positive attitudes, who actually listen to you. We had a couple of electrical faults in lighting and equipment circuits in the basement of our building.

They back traced and repaired the issues quickly. They were not easy problems to solve.

They also came back exactly when they said they would to complete another piece of the project, after recommending the specific fixtures and controls to complete the work.
Professional, attentive employees. I would use these guys dir any electrical project in confidence.

The only negative is that it is sometimes difficult to get on their schedule. That’s what happens when you are the best.

Nathan and his team did an awesome job. Not only were they fast, but they did excellent work. So many contractors are only willing to do “good enough“, that’s not the case with Carr Electric; these guys go above and beyond to ensure the work is not only completed at the highest standard, but also competitively priced. Highly recommend.

Logan saved the day or more like my week! Our dryer went out and I was told by many other service providers they don’t work on my Samsung dryer! Logan however works on all brands! He’s very professional, cleans up his messes, and does whatever it takes to get the job done even if it means coming out several times! He also is very educational and explains everything! Reasonable with pricing and honesty can’t say enough good things about Logan!

Logan drove an hour and figured out what was wrong with my furnace within minutes , he got the parts the next morning and came out and installed it the same day , thank you Logan we appreciate you
