Brian and Isaac did a great job today. They showed up on time. Did our routine maintenance in a timely manner and were neat and courteous. I would highly recommend Stacey.

5 stars isn't enough to describe the service provided by Stacy Heating & Air solutions! Tim came and did a thorough inspection and took the time to educate me on what to look for and what needed to be fixed. Another company took 10 minutes and was wanting me to finance a whole new furnace with them. So glad I got a second opinion and met an honest person with integrity. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and straight forward solutions.

Logan Campton came and did my service. He was very thorough and went through a 38 step check list. Replaced faulty parts and installed a new wifi thermostat. Highly recommend him for any service needs!

We had Tom come today for a fall maintenance. He was friendly and even friendly to my crazy dogs. He did great and fast service. As for price, it was part of the maintenance package, I’m glad we got it.

In January on a Sunday we had a cold blast. Our furnace quit working. We called several companies and no one answered or offered to help. I called Stacy Heating and Cooling and the owner, Tim Stacy answered (on a Sunday) and offered help immediately. Tyler diagnosed the problem and Logan and Dave installed our new furnace. They all did excellent work, were professional and very courteous. I highly recommend this company. Don’t waste your money being overcharged with the big companies. Excellent job! I can’t thank them enough!

I had a wonderful experience with Stacy Heating & Air. Reached out to them when my boiler 'broke' & no heat & w/in hours Phil & his apprentice Luke were at the house and fixed it! Same day service was key since it's winter!! Angie in the office was very helpful & worked around my work schedule. Phil was very informative & Luke was knowledgeable also. Will be using them again-purchased a service agreement & plan on having them back out to fix some old parts before next winter happens. Highly recommend.

They have done the winter and summer tune ups of our furnace after we moved into our new house last year. They’ve done an excellent job. Tyler came out yesterday to do our heating tune up and advised us about a whole house humidifier. We decided to go ahead and have one installed. Tyler came back and installed it this morning. He was right on time and very courteous. He wore booties over his shoes so he wouldn’t get my floor dirty. He explained everything he did and how to operate the humidifier. It was very pleasant working with the lady on the phone making the appointment and working with Tyler here in our home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Izac and Tim showed great professionalism and support while diagnosing the problem with an aging furnace at my mother’s home. I appreciated their detailed investigation of all possible causes while ruling out issues one by one.

Izak came for general maintenance check, saw issues with furnace. Tim informed me it was a hazard and recommended it shut off. Thank you for that! It was 20+ years old. Iazk showed me the issues where CO could possibly start coming into the house. I'm so glad they were honest and caring about us. We will be using Stacey for replacing our systems in the very near future. Again, thank you !!

I've been with Stacey for almost 10 years now and they have always helped me out in a bind. I moved to a new house and although the furnace was installed/serviced by another company, i chose to stay with Stacey. Fast forward a 2 winters and the Daikin unit went down. Bryan was very helpful while troubshooting and I ended up needing a new furnace. The unit didn't come up well but Bryan was all over it the next day after the installation crew. He and a Tech Service Advisor adjusted the new unit and it has ran perfectly. I've bought two new furnaces with Stacey at 2 different homes and remain pleased with their service.

My experience with Stacy Heating & Air has been very positive. They have the best customer service of any company within memory. The tech's are clean, communicate well, and have always been on time. The tech and office will both contact you when they are on their way. In my opinion they are a very good company to deal with.
