Stacy Heating & Air is amazing! We had a service scheduled for later in November, but we started having a little issue with our furnace last weekend. So we had called to see if we could move it to a sooner date & Stacy Heating was awesome & got us switched to an earlier time. Our Tech Bryan W. that came out was right on time & went above & beyond to make sure everything was working correctly & all ready for this winter. Can’t thank them enough for the best service!

I recently used Stacy Heating & Air to help diagnose a heat pump fault code. Bryan White and Tim Sizemore provided top-notch customer service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, they were friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. They communicated clearly throughoit the entire process, keeping me informed of their progress and issues observed. Their quick response time was impressive and they were able to diagnose my issues in a timely manner.

Overall I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Stacy and their techs Bryan and Tim.

On the night of the storms and 15 degree weather, we lost our heat with two toddlers in the home and our home was getting into the 50's in temperature, I called Stacy to help out. They were fast to respond, expressed the same urgency we had to get the issue fixed - and sent Bryan out to make things right. Bryan showed up to our home, was very friendly and honest with everything when we inquired and had questions about our system. Fortunately, Bryan was able to get the issue resolved within the same day and we have heat again! The price was more than fair, and I'll be an advocate to use Stacy for the years to come - thanks again Bryan!!

First Class service from the jump. My first conversation was with Angie and she was a real pro. Tim helped me understand and navigate a world I know nothing about and I trusted his recommendations were honest and cost effective. The crew that came and replaced the unit was early, communicative, efficient and kept a clean workspace. They don't make them like Stacy Heating and Air anymore.

We will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Their response time was very impressive from the start, Tyler was there at 8am as he stated he would be. He was very efficient and provided detailed information on what we needed along with numerous options. Logan and Dave were out later that afternoon and installed out new air conditioning unit. They were both professional and efficient. We were up and running by the end of the day! Thank you to your entire team.

I ran into some furnace issues right before Christmas and the team at Stacy came out to give me a quote on a new furnace and installed it within 5 business days of my call. They were professionals from their receptionist to the gentlemen that installed my new furnace. I highly recommend Stacy Heating & Air for all of your HVAC needs.

Isaac came to my house to service my unit as part of a twice a year scheduled maintenance. He was very professional and he worked diligently to try and evaluate an issue I was having. He took the time to call a colleague in order to try and find the right solution to the problem. He was very polite and he explained the process as he was working through the inspection. I highly recommend this team and Isaac as I have invested a lot of money into the units and I am confident this team will keep me in line with minimal maintenance issues as they are readily accessible.

The process to make an appointment after hours was easy. An employee called me to set up a time, I received a text message to confirm my appointment and I even got a text message giving me the name of the serviceman. The employee, Tim Sizemore, was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and quick to fix my a/c problem. I would highly recommend Stacy Heating and Air.

We absolutely think Stacy Heating & Air are the best choice for anyone who wants a professional heating & air expert. They put a new system in 5 years ago and it was the best decision we ever made. They service our system ever year, this year a very young tech was sent. He did an incredible job I was total impressed by his professionalism plus his knowledge. He was very personable and easy to talk with he was so good I'm requesting that Izac be our Permanent Technician. Absolute life savers!! Our AC wasn’t getting all the way down to temperature and we were lucky enough to have Tim and Dave swing by and save the day!! Our outdoor unit needed some TLC and some other things. We absolutely recommend Stacy Heating & Air for any of your HVAC needs. Amazing customer service and a hard working team!

With the night temps dropping to single digits I checked my emergency heat mode to be safe. It was only offering cold air. Techs Izac and Tim with Stacy Heating and Cooling arrived. Found a faulty code in the thermostat and corrected same. Polite and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your service. I recommend Stacy over all other HVAC providers.

Isaac, our technician, is great! Very professional and personable, making sure to address any questions or concerns we had. Always feel assured that we had a quality inspection and service to keep everything operating 100%. We’ve used Stacey H&A for a number of years and appreciate the service and how we get to talk to local people that really know their work vs a big company where you’re just a number.

Had them install a new air handler + heat pump a couple years ago and have had a consistent stream of costly HVAC electrical issues since. I suggest going with someone else.

Tim Sizemore is one of the best HVAC techs we have ever worked with. He is thorough with his troubleshooting and conveys the issue in a way that is easy to understand.

Good guys but they can't seem to fix our problem. We got a new furnace a few years ago from them and we get a gas smell in the house when temperatures are around 40 degrees out, or when it gets really cold and the furnace constantly runs. They have been out at least four times over the past few years and still cannot figure out what the problem is. They tell me to call them if it happens again, but at $300 a visit, I'm getting tired of calling them. (Update: It's now January 21st and we are still waiting for the problem to be fixed. We can only let the furnace run for about an hour at a time and then have to shut it off for another 11 hours. Needless to say, the house has become bitter cold this winter. ) As of February 1st, it looks like the problem has finally been fixed thanks to the efforts of Rob, Tim, and Eric. At least they were persistent in trying to figure out the issue. Thank you!
