Woke up on Monday morning to sewer backup. Tub , toilet full of backup sewerage. Water on floor. My neighbor referred Lehman drain. They came out early and did inspection. Said they would be back to pump septic. Said they had busy schedule but would work me in. It was after 6PM and dark but Brandon worked until my problem was taken care of.. Brandon had a good attitude and made sure work was done right. I strongly recommend Lehman drain . Great work and a reasonable price. Jim Stephens, Springfield

WOW! IS ALL I CAN SAY. This is the best company to use for your plumbing needs. My sewage drain was backed up and I tried to fix it on my own making it one of the worst smells they had to deal with but Brandon and his crew came in like and made it all better. The problem was solved in 30 min or less and they didn't crack my head with the price. And it was 8:30 in the evening when they came out. So needles to say they have a customer for life ❤️

Brett and Brett came out and unclogged my drain within an hour. I had some tree roots in it. They were fast and affordable will definitely be using Lehman drain cleaning again! Thank you

The guys that came out were very personable and knowledgeable. They performed the work requested and didn't try to oversell services that were not needed. They worked efficiently and provided us with a resource for further services that we will need in another area. Overall we would recommend this company and we will continue to use them in the future if we have any other sewer needs.

This is my first house with a septic system; when I called to make an appointment, Sonya made me feel at ease and confident I made the right decision by calling Lehman's. My appointment was scheduled for Friday, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to cancel on Friday however, Sonya called me on Saturday and promptly put me on the schedule for Sunday. Brandon showed up and gave me an education on septic systems ( I now know more about septic tank than I ever thought I would know!). Very professional, quick and thorough. I would recommend Lehman Drain & Septic 10 out of 10 times! Thank you Sonya and Brandon!!

Integrity - a dying art in many industries - but not Lehman Drain.

I hired Lehman Drain to pump my septic system. Brandon arrived - all with a smile and clear sincerity - and got straight to work despite the heat in NE Ohio these last few weeks. After Brandon departed, I thought the job was done as I had paid in advance due to a busy work schedule. To my surprise, a crew arrived after-hours to clean my driveway as there was a small oil spill from the truck left behind. It happens right? I never even noticed, and likely never would have.

Needless to say, as posted on their website, [Brandon] "focuses on customer satisfaction, integrity and professionalism of not only himself at all times, but with all Lehman Drain staff", is an understatement.

This is a company that cares about you, and even more importantly in some ways, clearly cares for their employees - who in turn - would go above and beyond for their customers. It's no surprise that their reviews are glowing. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Lehman will have my business for as long as they stay in business.

Potential customers: If you care about integrity, fair prices, and a pleasant experience, there is no better than Lehman Drain.

Lehman drain came out quickly to give me an estimate on my yard drainage issues and were able to schedule the work in a few days. They did a wonderful job. I also had a sink drain that wouldn’t go down and they came out the next day to fix it. I highly recommend this company.

I did not use this company for drain or septic service, however we did have a great experience with them. One of their drivers accidentally hit our mailbox. I called and the next day they came and repaired it for me. I recommend this company on their integrity alone.

Wonderful company. Really helped us out in an emergency after we were deceived and lied to by ASI.

While here, our servicer took the time to answer all our questions and school us in the ways of the septic tank. I haven't had a problem since.

Brandon Lehman is absolutely amazing! He is an honest guy who genuinely cares about the communities he serves. His commitment to making sure the job was done right and my family was taken care of is of a forgotten age when people took pride in the work that they do and cared about their neighbors. He will have my business without question going forward.

Had a septic emergency situation on a Sunday evening.
They came out on a cold evening and fixed us right up.
Great service, and Brandon was very helpful and informative on how to fix things going forward.

4/25/24 Update

Had Brandon come to pump our main tank again. Had him clean and service our leach well to make sure the system was working up to spec.

Excellent work, and I highly recommend both him and his company. He is very honest, communicates well and has great employees.

It was very refreshing to deal with such a company.

I got some business cards to hand out to friends on the street as I was so impressed.

This is a tale as old as time…(at least as old as indoor plumbing). Holiday weekend, cleaning all day and prepping the patio and yard for a cookout. Suddenly, the breeze shifts slightly, and it hits you, “UGH what’s that smell? That’s not our septic system, right?!” It was, of course it was ☹. We called the company that usually took care of this burdensome task, “Sorry, closed for the holiday.” We called two more companies who couldn’t get to us for at least a week. Finally, we called Lehman Drain and Septic and even though Brandon was no where near our area and was VERY booked, he came out that day and got us back in operating order and then came back later to fully address the underlying issue.

We are extremely impressed with this organization! Brandon and the team worked tirelessly to find and fix our problem. When most contractors would have stopped answering the phone, Sonia ALWAYS did. The integrity, remarkable patience, astounding professionalism, and incredible customer service that we’ve received is unheard of today. You will not find a business more dedicated to helping their customers. I will forever sing their praises and shout their name from the rooftops!

They are very prompt! We had Brenden and Brett come and service our main drain and they were very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about the work they did. They tested the drain afterwards to make sure it was working properly! We are very happy with this company!

Main drain cleaning and septic tank draining was completed. Two different days this took! I had two wonderful specialist, Dave and Chris. They were both amazing. Chris even ran over my daughters house and cleaned her drain. The owner is friendly and helpful. In two days they cost me less than a thousand dollars. They jumped through hoops to come on a weekend! We were told our home septic tank needed pumped immediately and to not use any water in our house - so upsetting! So we called Lehman drain and septic and they said they could be out straight away!
