Called about two weeks ago and talked to Ken. he took my information about my landscape project. Ken said Jason would be in touch early the following week. Two weeks later l have heard nothing from this company. This must be a fairly good company because of great reviews. Maybe my project was too small for them to do, but a phone call would have been appropriate.

The crew did a fabulous job edging and mulching our yard.
They turned up when they said they would and were professional and friendly.
We were very happy with their work. The finished product looked incredible and we would highly recommend this company.

Jason came out within several days of my call to give me an estimate on my massive spring cleaning, weed removal and mulching job. Within 2 weeks they were able to come out and do the job over two days. Jason was responsive and easy to reach over email helping to clarify my confusion about several details and respond to an issue I had.

Jason was very responsive. He came out quickly to provide a quote and then scheduled our service. They did a great job on the work and even came back out for a small additional request I had. The pricing is reasonable. I plan to use them in the future.

Central Liberty did a great job on my landscaping.

John was prompt and courteous. He confirmed what he was going to do before he did it. My job was done in no time.

The guys at this landscaping company were careless with their work, as they cut our extension cord while removing some bushes, failed to remove the roots of these bushes so we can plant in the future, shaped some Lilac bushes poorly, and broke and cracked some of the stones in our paver patio while fixing it. The patio is very poorly done, some stones rock and are able to be removed. We sent pictures of our concerns to Jason Morgan, Sales Manager and Kenneth Hamilton, VP and asked either of them to come out and see our concerns, to which Mr. Hamilton ignored us and Mr. Morgan only emailed back stating he didn't have time to come out and that they were done with the job. We took care of everything they did not complete, except we obviously cannot repair our patio, which was the main reason we had anyone come out. All we would have liked was for someone to set the pavers in so they were secure. We even have extra stones, so if they would have said something while they were out, they could have just used the extra stones instead of reusing the broken, cracked and chipped stones. We are very disappointed with their customer service and do not recommend working with them!

Update: Ken came out and completed the patio himself today. Our concerns have been addressed and all is well.

Central Liberty have been a staple for our yard care the last two years! They are prompt and quick yet don’t cut corners.

They have done our mulch and tree trimming as well as taking care of a few neglected beds. Everything is as promised and the prices are fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

We have been with Central Liberty Landscaping for the last two years. Prior to finding this company we have used 3 other companies to provide our landscaping needs and none met our expectations. The other companies cut corners and did not respond to ongoing concerns. Holden at Central Liberty has been great. He gets back to you immediately and takes pride in his company.

Central Liberty provides us with all of our lawn care including mowing, mulch, flower bed care, spring cleaning, fall cleaning, fertilizer, aeration, over seeding. If you are looking for a one stop shop that does it all for you this is the company to go with.

Our experience with Central Liberty was superior! Our family recently had a deck built which needed landscaping around it to finish the project. When we called, Holden and Ken came out to our home within the week. They were able to come up with a design that best fit the space. When they came to complete the work, they showed up early every day and were very clean with their work. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the outcome of our project and would recommend their professional team!

Very positive experience with Central Liberty Landscaping. Jason was accessible and responsive. Really appreciate that his team was able to squeeze us into their schedule last minute before we hosted a party. Domenic and Frances did a beautiful job weeding, edging, and mulching our yard.
I would have liked a more itemized proposal. The various pruning work I was interested in was all grouped together (some must-have and some nice-to-have). I ended up doing the must-haves myself before the team came out, but that does not take away from the 5-star job the team did!

I worked with Central Liberty Landscaping twice and will be keep working with them for sure. They are great company to work with. They know what exactly you want to be done. I have a restaurant by main st. every week someone stop by and ask about who do my Lanscaping.
They definetly do a great job. From top to bottom everyone so friendly and responsible.

They did snow plowing and salt for our property. Unfortunately, they would send us false invoices for the salt that they never placed on the property or placing unnecessary salt multiple times on the property that did not need salt, to charge us for multiple trips !!
OR they would Not be there to plow first thing in the morning, even tho we were on their contract " A" list , but they would return twice in the afternoon for plowing And charge us twice! All around bad work Ethic ! I called and complained multiple times but never got anywhere with them. Will not use their company ever again!

They've provided snow removal services for the past few years for our locations. They do a good job with parking lots and sidewalks. Communication is also really good with both phone calls, emails, and text messages.

We are a assisted living facility and we hired Central Liberty to control the snow and Ice at couple of our properties. We are a 24 hr business and staff coming in and out all hours. They did a great job taking care of our needs first. They do a wonderful job reliable and dependable.

We had a complete redo of our landscaping; all we have to say is. "WOW, what an amazing change!". From start to finish, this was done by a team of well trained, seasoned, professionals. The careful planning and personal attention to detail and catering to our desires was outstanding. We can, without reservation, give them our highest endorsement.

I was so impressed at the job they did. We came to them with a rough idea of what we wanted and they did an amazing job and creating our image. They had quite an undertaking and did the entire job in under the estimated time to completion and found several cost saving ideas along the way. I have recommended them to multiple people and their work has people coming up to us asking who we used!

I would personally like to thank Nick Besser and the Riepenhoff team for taking care of my mother's landscape the way they did last year. Mom had been trying for years to find someone who actually listened and cared and fortunately, on the advise of a friend, I suggested she call Riepenhoff. We couldn't be happier!

Can't even get a quote. I called Riepenhoff Landscaping to get a quote and Nicolas Besser came out to look at my property. He spent a good amount of time talking with me about my needs and even extra time to look over my property. AND THEN DISAPPEARED.

He was supposed to send me a quote via email a few days later ... Nothing. I called him ... no answer. I've left messages ... no call back. These guys apparently don't need any more business so no need to bother them.

I have used Riepenhoff for years for spring cleanup and special projects. They’ve always provided high quality service at reasonable prices. I would high recommend.
